I'm not sure, just curious and I tried your 1 sheet method to more sheets into a PDF and it only did 1 of my Excel sheets. Can it be done in 1 document from several Excel sheets to PDF.
I guess I could copy the other sheets to 1 sheet and then convert to PDF, just curious if it can be done whilst having a few sheets of data. Thanks again.

All good, I worked it out, just set up each sheet the way you want it viewed, and then hold down ctrl and click on all other sheets then save as PDF. So for others trying this, select all sheets tabs below at the same time after using the page view. Thanks for the video as it helped me to do it from the start.

I have combined many types of documents including excel into one file. I want to print the excel documents in legal size, landscape (because the excel has a lot of data) and the rest the default letter size portrait. Is there anyway, I can set the printer to print both size paper automatically.

I now have an Excel spreadsheet where I'm trying to remove the page breaks and Save As PDF, as I learned in this video, but there is a stubborn dotted vertical line page break that won't disappear and forces the document in two pages. I also have just tried dragging the horizontal page break line further down and the same thing occurs at line 161...a dotted line appears and remains in place, creating 4 pages. I'm guessing at this point that there is a limit as to how large a pdf Excel will Save As on one single page.

Hi, 1) I would make this column a little wider than actual fit - try this out! 2) if 1st trick doesn’t help, change that data type as text - it shouldn’t convert text to hashtags ( as that happens with numbers or dates sometimes).

Hey Ricardo! Good question! No, unfortunately I don’t have a macro to share. But if you are familiar with macros, I would use record option and than adapt code - from first glance it seems to be not too complicated and reusable :)
