I have two singer machines that have the automatic threader and I can't figure out how to get it to work, I watched videos on it and still can't. Thank you I learned something about what needles to use.
Are you using the same weight thread too and bottom? If not, you will need to adjust your tension. If so, try using your sewing advisor function and then use the needle size and tensions that it sets.
