I love the fact that Luffy overcomes their Haki just by hitting them really really hard and fast, and their shear confusion of that he's wrecking their shit without using Haki.

Assisti esse vídeo em 2012, quando comecei a ver one piece com apenas 8 anos, atualmente (2023) tenho 19. Hoje voltei pra relembrar esse momento, foi o primeiro amv que assisti e também foi meu primeiro contato com o power metal. Me pego escutando sonata artica as vezes e essa música sempre está no repertório
actually, it doesn't activate with a scream, it just activates from his desperation. Much like how Ace's did when he was still a kid. The heightened emotions and desire to do something, while being in a position of inability, the frustration and despiration build up for him to unconsciously do it, and it just happens to be when most people are in that situation they scream.
So thats my take on that.
This is the AMV that pushed me to read One Piece. No regrets at all ^_^

That was truly amazing.
I never really made the connection that Luffy calls back on this fight with Marigold when he fight Magellan and thinks that with the poison mist messing with his senses he should blow it away, but unfortunately he didnt have any clean air to breath in there and instead inhaled a ton of poison instead.

I know he gets tired from it, but the snake sisters were no
match for him when he used it. He would have gotten less hurt if
he'd used it quicker. In the short amount of time he was in 2nd gear, I
doubt he'd feel much fatigue from its use.
i love the speed of gear second......strength too.....but the speed is really great i wish i had that speed......

i never saw hancock fighting cause i didnt read the manga. but if you think about it. ruffy had a hard time with the normal haki of hancocks sisters. he only could beat them with gear 2. and even in g2 his attacks got somewhat deflected. hancock didnt need her love powers against luffy. she only needs her Haoushoku. she would deflect every attack of him just like Sentoumaru did and i dont think he has the Haoushoku.

@Anemite ive seen all his work love it cuz he doesnt need to use fancy effects like i use and like ive seen others use way more advanced than me... he simply uses splicing the clips together and at times uses some fade aways for drum rolls...gia secando is good but he has potential to do way more if he wasnt using just windows movie maker
