Please share more tiny homes like this one, Jenna on land owned by the tiny home occupants and that is a permanent structure. This is a beautiful and thoughtfully done tiny home with a permanent place. When talking about building generational wealth, this is it. Leveraging this asset into passive income by turning this tiny home into a future rental is smart economically. Additionally, this tiny house can be used for multi-generational living. While I love the small footprint of tiny homes, tiny home parks charge a premium for space rent that you never own and do not lead to building generational wealth or accommodating multi-generational living. Please show more videos like this one on owned land that can be passed down through future generations.

You made some great points. I would like to see groups of people start their own tiny house villages, including purchasing the land together. They could decide if their park will be owner-occupied only or allow renters.

Also, people can go with "park models" for a much lower price than even a DIY tiny house. Park models are about 400 sq feet, and at least one company builds them with 2x4 studs like a 'regular' stick-built house, but on a trailer.

First plan on the new world order Georgia Guidestones is for 93% of all people to be disappeared. (That includes blacks, whites, Mexicans, earlier inhabitors, Asians, Christians...and even most Democrats.)
Isaiah 65:12 Therefore will I number you to the sword, and ye shall all bow down to the slaughter: because when I called, ye did not answer; when I spake, ye did not hear; but did evil before mine eyes, and did choose that wherein I delighted not.
2 Chronicles 7:14 If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.

Gabriela Jimenez was videoed saying she was enslaved and saw people eating people. She looked sad, disgusted and in shock as she moved her hands to her mouth while explaining how they were eating. She said they smelled like humans. She said billionaire Carlos Slim knew about it. Police took her away and I've read she was never seen again. Gabriela was a little frantic, as would be anybody, and why is she missing now?
I've seen at least 4 other people telling of elites associated with the above kind of activities. God's own people were doing Satanism often in the Old Testament. He slaughtered many and booted the rest out of the promised land. He said he would bring them back one day and they would worship him. They recently got their land back but their billionaires are still following devils.

Nicely finished! I have also been contemplating doing a *two-shed* build (in order to meet minimum square footage requirements for a permanent dwelling). Not all states or towns are flexible regarding how small one can go. I do not know of any place here in NH that allows one to live in a tiny home that isn't on a permanent foundation and is under 400 sq ft. but I am still researching. Hope you find more shed-to-home projects. Thanks, Jenna!

Im in NH. Its town to town I think. Foundation is for sq footage not permanency in the town I am in.
Under 600 sq ft can have posts or block. Mobile homes arent "permanent" but are liveable housing.
I am at 513 sq ft and town has been great.

We already built a 98 sq ft tiny-house-on-wheels (totally off-grid) on an old camper frame. It's just to use as a camper but now we want to build something we can actually live in. My mom was the youngest of 5 children. All five kids, plus my Grandparents, lived in a tiny house no bigger than this one while waiting for their farmhouse to be built. My siblings and I would go into that tiny house and wonder how 7 people had fit. But they did!

Growing up, we would visit one of my dad's best friends. This man, his wife, daughter, and two sons lived in a one car garage for almost 10 months while he built the walk-out basement of their new home. Then they lived in the basement for two years while the home was built. Once it was finished, they had such a wonderful home. After almost three years of some real family togetherness and finally having the space to spread out, they still hung out together 90% of the time.

It's so so awesome except im not crazy about the front porch "fencing". It looks too much like a cage. But I do love front porches. So glad your plans are to live in the bigger home long term since this kid sleepin with parents long term isn't a good idea. They don't necessarily need their own rooms but their own beds I think become necessary at a certain age. This is certainly a well made tiny house. I would love to live in one like this with the downstairs bedroom as I'm 72 and don't do stairs or ladders well. Lol
