This latest Typhoon is a serious bit of kit. The new radar will also add ECM warfare upgrades and new capabilities too.
Presumably the RAF will be the last to get the improvements.

No urgent need for them whilst buying more F-35s and making progress on the 6th generation craft. But still you’re probably right unfortunately
Also forgot to mention the Captor E Mk 2
The ECRS mk2 will only be equiped to the RAF Typhoons. They will have the highest spec of all the Typhoons.
@@chethemerc7841Italian Typhoons will also use the mk 2 radar. It also seems like the Saudis will purchase new Typhoons with the new radar as well.
There is zero change to its power plant so why mention it?
Without the technology, electronics, sensors and weapons systems of the entire grandiose Italian aerospace industry, the Eurofighters would not have become the best planes around. Example: Leonardo And his engineers were called to England to be able to develop perhaps the best radar. Are you aware of this..ALFRED CHURCHILL 😅. UNFORTUNATELY IN ITALY AFTER WW2, THERE IS STRONG ANTIMILITARISM. And yet we have become leaders in light weapons, space launchers, weapons systems, electronics, naval guns, helicopters (we bought all your helicopter industry and part of the bae sistem. The UK is only finance, and if it hadn't gone on to exterminate civilians in the Middle East as ordered by the USA, BAE SISTEM would not have orders from the US army (90% OF THE TOTAL)
The RAF engine maintanence will be taken over by Rolls Royce. So i can see some more power being delivered.

@@maximilliancunningham6091 with the new radars and sensors to make it comunicate with the f35 the tranche 3 will be up with the EX.
