  • As we look ahead to 2040’s, the future of aerial dominance promises to be defined by cutting-edge aircraft that blend advanced stealth, unmatched speed, and sophisticated technology. Innovations in artificial intelligence, electronic warfare, and weaponry will enable these new platforms to maintain superiority in increasingly complex and contested skies. Let’s explore the aircraft likely to shape aerial dominance 15 to 20 years from now

    Along with all these new military aircraft in the 2040s there will be one oldie but goodie from the 1960s still in service. That is that eight engine B-52 bomber with its new Rolls-Royce jet engines. They sure do not build bomber aircraft like that anymore.

      @davidgrisez 3 месяца назад +3

      @@TheRevanchist It is true that the B-52 Bomber went into service in the 1950s. However the B-52 bombers that are around today are the last version of the B-52 bombers these were the B-52H variant that were made in the 1960s. These old B-52H variants will become the B-52 I variant when they get the engines and other upgrades.

    • @PapaOscarNovember
      @PapaOscarNovember 3 месяца назад +1

      I think this will be the latest upgrade cycle for B-52s.
      Palletized missiles (Rapid Dragon) have changed the rules of the game. Any cargo plane can now be used as a strike/bomber platform. C-130s and C-17s are now effectively cruise missile bombers.
      Future cargo planes will be designed and built with this in mind: for both logistics and strike missions.
      With this development, B-52 has become a 'single use' platform since it cannot fly logistics missions, and therefore an expensive one. They will be finally allowed to retire.

      Russia recently became the fourth largest economy on purchasing power, surpassing both Germany and Japan. BRICS is slated to undermine the US dollar completely as more than 40 nations seek to join the alliance.
      Sanctions have done little to affect Russia overall and new alliances have aided Russia is defense capabilities. Russia is also set to increase its military size to become the largest in the world, surpassing the US and China, also a Russian ally.

    1:54 Comparable to the F-35? The Su-35 does not exist. Furthermore, Russia hasn't even been able to produce the Su-57. It took them 10 years to deliver the 1st 10 aircraft, but no one has actually seen any outside of Russia and a fly-by in Syria. Russia is in the middle of a war and it's not flying it's 5th Gen aircraft against 4th Gen aircraft? Not too impressive.
    MiG-41? Where's that being built?
    Every time Putin becomes worried, we see a massive amount of CGI coming out of Russia. Nothing tangible though. Russia's arms sales are NON-EXISTANT.

      if not for the aid from western countries, there wouldn't have been a Ukraine 3 years ago.
      only NATO has the power to go up against Russia.
