the noodle dish with the grilled meats should be mixed up and the side sauce is Nuoc Cham aka dipping/fish sauce you should pour some over your noodles to give more flavour and the pho needs to be fulled mixed up and you need to add the bean sprouts and basil provided, lime juice hoisin, sriracha and the chilli oil add more flavour just taste to your liking
The plate of bean sprouts, basil and limes is to put into your pho noodle soup. It is optional though. Put some sriracha and hoisin sauce to flavor your pho soup. Put in a little at first cuz you might not like it. I love việt food. The pho will grow on you, best eaten on cold days. Your food look legit. Wait is this Pho 45 in La Mirada? I’ve been there and thought their pho was alright.
The vermicelli noodle needs to be mixed together with the sweet and sour sauce. Bean sprouts and basil and lemon is suppose to go into the pho noodles if you like it and mix the noodles. You can't eat pho without mixing all the noodles first. You guys needa ask how to eat pho and vermicelli noodles for sure. And don't be afraid to ask for forks and spoons
Really wish y’all learned how to eat the food before critiquing. Pretty unfair to judge without knowing how to eat the food. The “we didn’t know” comment just excuses blatant, willful ignorance and points to lack of accountability (like of course noodles are gonna be bland if you don’t know to mix it all up). Also, not all ribs need to be dripping in sauce. Explore the condiments in front of you if you don’t appreciate the flavor of ribs slow cooked with star anise, onion, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, etc. rating food off of your own ignorance is pretty bullshit.
You guys need to learn how to eat pho and other Country's cousine....You don't just eat noodles by itself.....
