I used to live at the apartments right next to pho79..lol..the restaurant was only steps away from my front door...it was awesome! We'd walk over to pho79 every month and bring the pho home to eat.
@rick2tube 101 is pretty much the same since it's the daughter's restaurant so it's the same recipe. But 101 is newer and cleaner 🤣 and the funny thing is, the parking lot is similar. Only one way in and one way out. There's no outlet. You'll see when you eat there 🤣

I have to say you did have some good contents here
Thank you appreciate it!
Thats not oyster sauce bro. Thats hoisin sauce. Big difference
Love that you compare different places in the same day. It gives me more confidence in your tasting notes.
Pho 79 is my fave 🤤
Pho real?

I love pho with long thick noodle..soft and easy to chew..
Nice job describing the different flavor profiles at the diverse phở destinations. Pho-holic n pho79 for the win.
@@WiiSmHr 👍👍🫃🏻🫃🏻 thank you for watching!
Yummmyy- I’m hungry again 😂
Pho with ox tail is one of the best if made correctly.
Used to eat there a lot when I was living in OC. 😊 pho 79.
Go to
Redbo
Pho thinh (Hanoi style pho)
Pho flavor is cool
Pho Luu after 5pm for oxtail pho
79 and their sister restaurant 101 are the best 👌
@michaelvn9524 cool thanks and glad you included 101 as well as it's on my list to try

@@michaelvn9524 hi . where's restaurant 101?
@mikenguyen9683 beach and edinger in the city of westminster, California
@mikenguyen9683 cool name BTW. My name is Michael Nguyen too 😆
I remember the days when a bowl of pho was less than $4. Thanks inflation! 😡
🤤
Sup Noodle bar in buena park, also And Broth in santa ana should be on the list imo
after spending Thanksgiving weekend eating around OC Vietnamese food and my mouth became tasteless.
don't know if it was the salt, msg, or fish sauce
MSG gives me headache 😢
Which one has the best broth in terms of most intense beef flavor? Fattiness? Balanced sweet and warming spice levels?

Did you really go from one pho spot right after another? Its hard to have an open appetite and palate being full.
Man in Vietnam it’s only 2-3$ for the real pho
Next time ask for fresh noodles, taste much better
And oil green onion root.
I don’t like Vietnamese pho cause it’s too sweet for me but I do like Thai beef pho.
????
Hoisin sauce
It's hoisin sauce, not oyster sauce
