I've never seen Ryan Jr smile that much as when Ryan told him to keep what he owes him. Daniel is such an incredible hard working young man. He's years above other kids his age. This is one of the BEST Victory videos.
Ryan says kids have to pay their own way but we know he is going to help because he can and will. He is trying to teach them not everything is handed to them.
A Father and his two sons pouring together... Epic ! I think this is one of my favorites, If Mom learns of the nose picking incident, Someone will be visiting the dog house. LOL

As a man i really respect how you are with your sons. Teaching them how to make a living without their parents! They say teach a man how to fish he can eat a lifetime giving a man a fish he can only eat for a day.
My dad taught me how to work but at home my mom teach me how to do stuff like washing dishes, put clothes in washing machine, feeding the chicken we had, cooking for myself when I need to eat.
"Im glad you came" That's what makes it worth it. Ryan knew he would need the help and talked him into it, let him make the call instead of him just taking over. Love it!!
Right! It’s unreal how good of a person / father Ryan is! Watching his videos have truly taught and made me realize a lot of things about myself that I look forward too changing!!
Ryan Jr: I'm glad you came. I would've been doing this myself. Ryan: I know. Proud Dad moment right there my boy 🤙🏼 Not just making money. Raising men while you do it 👌🏼
Ryan wanted to hug you so bad when you told him he could keep the money. That little walk toward you before realizing he’s still on camera. Then plays it off cool as a winters day😂.
An I thought I was the only one that noticed that. Jr is a character of his kind he doesn’t like anyone in his world unless he allows them. But I think he gave dad his hug when they were on the boat that’s why they were laughing 😂 lol
@@MarxAviano my grandpa had 10 kids they where all like that with him till they got older he was just a little awk about affection he def still loved them all to death. Sometimes it takes a kid to force it to get dad used to it.
Your son learned a very valuable lesson that day, 1, concrete waits for no man, 2, just because it’s made to look easy on dad’s jobs, it is in fact very hard to coordinate tasks during a pour. Years of experience make the pour go flawless, if you’re lucky, starting out, it’s easy to get overwhelmed. It was good to hear he acknowledged he was glad you came to help, he will be fine on his own soon. That would have been a lost pour without your help. I raised my sons in the same mold.
Your such a great dad! Your doing all the right things! Makes me so proud to watch you with your children! Teaching boys to be men and girls to be ladies! Bravo and god bless you and yours 🙏🏻🦋🇺🇸
The way Daniel says he loves concrete over and over again. Is just too funny and cute man. He’s gonna be just like Ryan hopefully. I can tell he raises his kids very well mannered
It was refreshing to hear JR say he was glad the "old man" came to help. Looks like JR underestimated the amount of work needed for this job. It's a learning process, and he is blessed to have an "old man" there to mentor him. Gob bless and keep working hard JR. I just heard the end and it brought tears to my eyes. The "old man" is there to teach, serve, and lead by example.
Jr is really impressive. At first I thought he was being a little overly dismissive of things his dad was bringing up, but in the end you can see Jr really understood how clutch dad was to get the project completed successfully and "Victory Style" which really means, high quality concrete services. Junior got it, but really it's a testament to dad being the great mentor, teacher and role model (so that he had the skill and wisdom to see it).
One of the most wholesome moments of the video. I worked with my dad doing general contracting jobs until I got a corporate job, but this inspired me to give him a call and help him out on the weekends. So much to learn and I know the father/son time would be worth it since I rarely get to see him.
Very impressive family you have raised. Hardworking, respectful and never afraid of taking on jobs. Growing up without that "old man" figure is hard for a lot of us, but these videos help me out a lot. Thank you Ryan and the wonderful family you have on this channel.

This is the "BEST" video you have put out !!! To see the "Father & Dad" from Ryan Sr filtering down to his sons is so heartwarming !! Ryan Sr is truly an inspiration for all to emulate. Daniel was so thrilled to be able to be with his Dad. A video years down the road in life that will bring him memories. The "love" in Ryan Jr's face when Ryan Sr tells him his debt is paid ! Ryan Sr always seems to amaze me. GREAT WORK !!!

This is honestly the only channel I look forward to watching videos as if it was one of my favorite tv series. Thank you Ryan for all that do you and sharing your life.
You letting Ryan jr. out of his debt to you was awesome.. I think someone was cutting onions in my house... You could see he wanted to come in and give you a hug. You are a good man Ryan! Love the videos
Your such a great dad! Your doing all the right things! Makes me so proud to watch you with your children! Teaching boys to be men and girls to be ladies! Bravo and god bless you and yours
What a blessing Ryan, to have the opportunity to teach your sons the meaning of hard work. In doing so, you and your beautiful wife are showing your daughter's what to look for in their mates. Good work !!!
Daniel had me rolling with the opening of the video. I love that lil man. He needed to tell the crowd at QT there all out of hot chocolate. Ryan, both sons pouring mud don't get much better. I love how Daniel grabbed them tools and took off after dad told him to go start on the corner and come to him. Like he been doing it for years. I really admire you Ryan, both of your sons, and your daughters too, have great work ethic. Can't help but think the parents had a lot to do with that. Daniel went to cloud 9 when them Ben Franklins hit them hands. When Ryan told Ryan jr to keep the money he owed Dad, you could tell Dad felt proud to be able to do that. Once Ryan heard that you can tell he was thankfut for that. So many thoughts and emotions hit him. In a good way.
Ryan, you saved the day for Jr. I enjoyed the whole video but it was really helpful to watch you work the finishing and how you had to use both hands to finish it. Also enjoyed watching Daniel not only helping but it's obvious how much he actually enjoyed working with you and Jr. This video is probably my favorite so far. Great job!!
This could have been an expensive lesson for Jr without dad. Glad he acknowledged he underestimated what it would take to get the job done and thanked you for the help. Shows his character and yours for not allowing him to fail.
I think the best advice in this video was "when you're at work you don't have to do all the stuff mom tells you. We have different rules when we're at work". Truly a sage of wisdom
When I was about your sons age my dad taught me to build a computer, it changed the way I viewed and interacted with computers and helped me eventually build a pathway to becoming a full time computer engineer. Although my dad was mostly an office worker, the days he took me to work are memorable to this day. This video opened up so many core memories and makes me very thankful. Will hopefully follow the same path with my kids one day! Thank you Ryan and Victory Team!
I’m currently at 14:06 in the video and I love seeing that you’re not there just to finish. You’re just like my foreman when you show up to help a hand, you show up and put out . No matter what your position is on the job you are doing your best to finish the job and help the crew in each single step .Putting everything where it needs to be 2 or 3 steps ahead . Just so badass love the videos and your work ethic boss.
The way Ryan & Jr act towards each other is exactly like me & my dad. I’m 54 now and Pops been gone for 15 years and I still can’t explain why we were like that?
100% agree with what you said at the end of the video, Daniel is a hard worker that boy has a bright future, and must say you and your wife have raised some polite well behaved kids.GOOD WORK!!!!😎👍
Well I guess I'm just going to be honest and say I didn't make it past the coffee shop without tearing up . That little fella was just as proud as he could be walking in the door with ol Dad .... got me right in the HEART!
All I could say is thank you for helping jr out and not charging him for the rental and your help. But if I was one of the guy’s I would’ve helped jr out with this job and from there went straight to my own side job but that’s just me. God bless oh great job Daniel👍🙏👑
It is so refreshing to see a father not only be great role model, but instill wonderful values in his sons. No doubt they will grow into successful, well-adjusted happy men.
Watching Ryan Sr. get the gear prepped is like a dance. It is just instinct as to what needs done. One of the best, if not the best videos so far. You can see the pure love Ryan has for his family in this video.
I didnt have a dad, but my grandfather raised me like this. I've been on a job site since the day I remember and as soon as I was able to help in some way he always paid me. I worked with him for years. I took a break from construction for a few years but now I started up my own company just me now but I am staying busy! B
A lot of cool family moments here. Junior being able to admit he needed his dads help and then Ryan saying Junior doesn’t need to pay him. You can tell he really appreciated that. Daniel of course always does good work lol
You have gotta seriously LOVE this FAMILY!!! Ryan, kudos to you for showing your kids the meaning of hard work and earning things on their own. Your such a great role model Mr. Ryan! Looks great JR!! Keep up the vids fellas!!! Love em all!!!
Dude love the family aspect of this channel!!! and lil man (Daniel) is just so awesome!!! and again Ryan Sr letting him keep your "Pay & Rental $ for college is just so awesome man letting him learn life lessons while learning to be successful in business its how you teach your kids to be successful and humble!!!
This is my favorite video, Ryan. You have a very cool family. I'm 65, a retired Carpenter. My father died when I was 5 so this brought tears to my eyes. Thanks for a great showing of life.
Love seeing this, Makes me remember the times my dad took me with him to thee construction sites. Framing, plumbing, electrical, remodeling, etc. Even though he wasn't the best dad sometimes, I really love & appreciate him starting me at a young age.
I've done exactly the same with my boys, brought them up to be men and able to get through life, one is a plumber an my other is an electrician very proud father. Great video once again 🇬🇧👍
That was a great gesture to let junior off with the payment to you . he looked so relieved that he wasnt going to receive very little for his efforts. He will learn from the experience .BRAVO.
Daniel did a great job! He earned every penny. It’s good to see men raising men. There’s far too little of that lately and the state of our country is showing that. My husband is also in the concrete field (precast structures as well as form building and fabrication) our son now works for him and learning the ropes of the trade and how hard work pays off. God Bless y’all ❤
Ryan, you are an inspiration sir. I was brought up working with my father and also with my brothers. There is no better feeling in the world to feel part of something, especially with family. I can see the respect you get and deserve from your family. Good Job !!
OMGoodness! My new favorite Victory video! I laughed out loud, and got teary eyed. Thank you Ryan for setting the example for these hard working, respectful young men who know love and gratitude. Maybe Daniel could help out at the new compound pours doing the ‘man dishes!’ 😆 Excellent video. ❤️
Ryan jr is a true expample of admitting when you needed help rather than trying to do it all on his own. Can’t wait for the day Ryan and Daniel take over the family business
First.. Huge Fan of your channel! I love watching all the jobs with the “boys”. I am a plumber from NJ, and my oldest son works with me, we work with my brothers as well. I truly appreciate the “Proud Dad” moments in life. I missed a lot of my kids growing up due to my trade not being 9-5. Now that my oldest works with me and my youngest comes out with me sometimes, it is definitely a blessing. Thanks for the great video!! You’re a wonderful dad, an incredible boss, and a world class person!! Thanks Ryan!
Your a great father and seem to be a really good person. I enjoy watching all the videos and really enjoyed watching you help your son with that job and teaching your younger son about working. I'll just say that I wouldn't be half the hard working man I've become without working with my father as a kid, I'm also lucky because my mother was also in construction doing tile so I have been fortunate to have had such good influences in my life. Keep up the great work
Obsulety amazing video with Ryan jnr & Daniel... I'm a great believer in teaching my son life skills and work ethic.. Your a great father and an boss 👌👌
I love Ryan’s mentality with his kids . I’m an electrician. Started bringing my nephew who’s 7 along for the summer a couple days so he can see how much it takes for the money we earn. Also, Daniel saying “I love concrete” is the best ! You can tell Ryan is his BIGGEST hero/role model!
This was great. I have brought my three sons to my jobs since they were six years old, I always wanted them to feel what it actually means to earn something that they want. I cherish those lunch breaks with them after making them bust their humps for a few hours. Really respect the way you run your business, and the integrity that you do it with. Keep rockin.
I remember back 40 years ago when I was 8, my dad used to take me to work, we did masonry and I used to operate a forklift and we stacked bricks. I remember not being able to sleep cause I was so excited to work with my father. I still look up to him to this day. I can see how Daniel looks up to you. Family is #1, good work Daniel!!!
This is awesome, love all the videos but this is an alltime classic! Bugs better be careful there's competition in the compacting world! You took that bullfloat kit out like Tony Stark taking out the IRONMAN suitcase...
Ah the ending right there, where you told Junior he could keep the money he owed was just great. Daniel on the camera was brilliant, wants to be just like his Dad! I loved this video, please do more like it soon! What a great family you have by the way! Love from the UK
I’ve watched lots of videos. You are above and beyond with your kindness and caring. An inspiration. I look forward to watching. Diane 74 year old Gramma
Wish i had a father like Ryan does and you can tell his son is grateful, doesnt show it but you can see it. Most man without fathers have to find there own way which takes longer years. Ryan you are a great father, great role model. Love the videos.
You have every right to be proud of your whole family, you hit the jackpot with that lot. Thanks for being a roll model for all the young men watching.👍👍
there aren't many construction videos that warm the heart. seeing how happy Daniel was to be working with his dad, and hearing the pride and joy in Ryan's voice was great.
Hi Ryan Snr, may I say what a wonderful family, you have, and striking off your sons dept, there should be more dads like you,you look a big man and must have a heart of gold.
Ryan, you raise your kids the ways you want and the way you are doing it seems to be working. Jr is a nice looking young man going into the ministry. I have so much respect for you and you are truly a blessed man. God blessed you with such a beautiful family. I am just turning 60 and I never been blessed to being a father. So I feel sad about it and happy for others that have a good family. I had the best father in the world. He never took me to work or hunt or whatever, but he showed up to my baseball games and coach some of my soccer teams. He was involved and he was fair to my sister and me. No favoritism. Respect to you.
Hi Ryan, All the way from India. This is really a wholesome youtube channel that I came across after a while. Your videos are addictive and thanks for inspiring me with your work ethic and people management! Wish Victory crew nothing but happiness, good health and success in life

The way Ryan & Jr act towards each other is exactly like me & my dad. I’m 54 now and Pops been gone for 15 years and I still can’t explain why we were like that?
Good morning Tomich Family.. Great Seeing Your Children Following Victory's impression in Your Business Ryan,
Excellent Work JR's..
100% agree with what you said at the end of the video, Daniel is a hard worker that boy has a bright future, and must say you and your wife have raised some polite well behaved kids.GOOD WORK!!!!😎👍
🇨🇦 Good morning family! 😊 What a beautiful all around teachable experience! Enjoyed watching.
Well I guess I'm just going to be honest and say I didn't make it past the coffee shop without tearing up . That little fella was just as proud as he could be walking in the door with ol Dad .... got me right in the HEART!
“Just pick your nose” hilarious 😂😂😂😂 must of been an awesome time you and the sons will remember for ever, great viewing thank you Ryan 👌🏻
"and flick it on the ground" 🤣
All I could say is thank you for helping jr out and not charging him for the rental and your help. But if I was one of the guy’s I would’ve helped jr out with this job and from there went straight to my own side job but that’s just me. God bless oh great job Daniel👍🙏👑
It is so refreshing to see a father not only be great role model, but instill wonderful values in his sons. No doubt they will grow into successful, well-adjusted happy men.
Daniel is adorable! His parents are doing a great job
Same. If it wasn't for my grandfather's encouragement, I would have turned out useless.
@@awakenotwoke1973 My Grandad was the greatest man I ever knew. I miss him.
Lucky you got paid ! All I got was a little peace of bread 😂
A lot of cool family moments here. Junior being able to admit he needed his dads help and then Ryan saying Junior doesn’t need to pay him. You can tell he really appreciated that. Daniel of course always does good work lol
Well 20 seconds in and this already made my day!
Best video ever I’m glad Daniel and Ryan junior is there I love it ❤❤❤
One of your best yet. Daniel sure does take after his dad. The little man LOVES concrete.
This is my favorite video, Ryan. You have a very cool family. I'm 65, a retired Carpenter. My father died when I was 5 so this brought tears to my eyes. Thanks for a great showing of life.
Thank you for watching 🙏
Daniel is adorable , grunting and groaning … clearly working very hard 😂😂♥️
Daniel is a spitting image of his dad 😂🙌🏽good work / easy money 💰 have a blessed day my Christian brothers .
Maybe Daniel could help out at the new compound pours doing the ‘man dishes!’ 😆
Excellent video. ❤️
Ryan jr is a true expample of admitting when you needed help rather than trying to do it all on his own. Can’t wait for the day Ryan and Daniel take over the family business
Dad saved the day for Jr, Nice work!
Keep up the great work
Let's go Daniel ! This is how you raise a good kid. Goooooood Morning from Canada.
Hope you have permission of bugs to use his compactor 😂😂😂
Wish i had a father like Ryan does and you can tell his son is grateful, doesnt show it but you can see it. Most man without fathers have to find there own way which takes longer years. Ryan you are a great father, great role model. Love the videos.
You have every right to be proud of your whole family, you hit the jackpot with that lot. Thanks for being a roll model for all the young men watching.👍👍
The way Daniel talks he's just like his dad. What a proud dad he must be 🤘
This is so beautiful! And wholesome! He will be a great businessman one day! Awesomeeeer
gotta love jr's humility.
Awesome day for you. To work with Ryan and Daniel was a special one:) Carilto is another good guy:) Fun day for Ryan Jr.:)
there aren't many construction videos that warm the heart. seeing how happy Daniel was to be working with his dad, and hearing the pride and joy in Ryan's voice was great.
With people like this, America will be just fine.
Restores a little faith I lost in our country. I'm 25 and a truck driver. I love working hard everyday for my money. Makes me feel like i earned it.
One of your best videos! You are obviously doing a great job raising your children, you should be very proud of each one!
Hi Ryan, All the way from India. This is really a wholesome youtube channel that I came across after a while. Your videos are addictive and thanks for inspiring me with your work ethic and people management! Wish Victory crew nothing but happiness, good health and success in life
I thought I was the only one from India here. 🇮🇳
I have watched you a long time. Hands down one of my favorites. Your young son will always remember this day.
