With Ryan losing weight you couldn't really tell because he's behind the camera but with Ray you can tell he's losing weight and the energy levels he has is getting higher. Keep up the good work man!

Having more guys dose not necessarily cost him more., his guys SEEM to be hourly, and not a garenteed 40 a week, so a few extra guys gets a job done quicker, so less hours for everyone.. it’s Ryan’s guys that sacrifice by having him back.. they might all loose an hour a day,

Also they are hourly, as he has said before if they needed more hours he tries to find them something do. Also some of them have side jobs and make money on the side. To add on and a little off topic and I doubt he still does it but he used to pay people sometimes even if they only showed up part of the day, he would pay them in full.
Ryan, I was a firefighter in a rural area for a few years. A local fertilizer company had a large 2,4-D spill inside of their shop and it did the exact same thing to the concrete as you’re showing except it was worse. I’d be really leaning towards homeowner or lawn service passing over the lawn with the spreader still on leaving granular 2,4-d on the surface.

The specks in the driveway you sealed looked like it could definitely be from fertilizer. Iron and the other minerals in the fert will easily stain and can even chew little holes in concrete if it’s left on it and not blown back into the grass.
Agreed you can see from how the specs are that they are concentrated on the edges of the concrete meaning they used granular and didn't control the spread.
I’ve seen those spots on my walkways. It always goes away, but I wonder if sealing the concrete will also seal in that bleaching. Iron, too, can speckle concrete, but it’s usually green.
Yup.. learned the hard way...Did this to a customers pool.. fertilizer granules went into the pool and left marks at the bottom. Acid removed them but lesson learned.

Ryan, what are chert pops ? I hope I spelt that rite. I believe the spots on the driveway is iron that’s in the lawn fertilizer. Suggestion, have you tried using the blower to get the release off you and your clothes ? Patio looked sweet. To color ( blacken ) the little patch of concrete on the sidewalk that you didn’t stamp you can use a product called lamp black, you apply it with a paint brush and it will look just like the asphalt it may take two coats. I totally understood what you were talking about with that thumper, it made complete sense to me as to not knowing if it’s hitting hard enough, kind of a flimsy feeling as to the old style being more rigid . I believe your right with the speckles on the driveway. With how green that grass is they probably used milorgantie or Ironite which is a high iron concentration fertilizer and i was told it will damage concrete if you leave it on without blowing it off. Probably got watered in and broke down where it sat and damaged the concrete. Good Work!

For the past week I’ve been watching your videos on the way to work and on the way back from and even when I get home and I do masonry lol idk why but I’m hooked!!!
There were times when I was a collision center owner, a technician would ask for a day off work.....only to find out they were working on their side jobs. There's certain side jobs where they could make really good money, so they made their side work a priority at those times. If I found out their side work was hindering my business, I'd give them 3 to 5 days off to think about their decisions. I loved my guys having side jobs, and I had no problem with them wanting to better themselves and their families, but not on my dime costing my business money.
Man, I did not appreciate how much land you were getting, now collito has cleared the brush it has opened up how much area you have, another great thing with the clean floor space, once you get your CCTV you need to make sure you get a few cameras that can zoom in to cover all the area or obviously have cameras that are wireless to make sure you capture everything that goes on. Wireless cameras are great as long as you get one with a battery that can be charged via a small solar panel. Great place you have there and many uses. Good job Ryan and collito. In advance, I’m sorry if I have spelled his name wrong.

The speckles in the concrete are a result of the fertilizer in the sprinkler water. There are minerals in fertilizer, like iron. Those reacts with the concrete finish, mainly on new concrete.
Lime, which is a base, applied by a clumsy lawn service marked the concrete at my new house. I was always careful to use a leaf blower to remove any lime or fertilizer granules landed on any hard surface. I suspect fertilizer can do that too.
Maybe that spring in the bumper is there to even out the bump force, so you get a consistent impression force/depth even if you sometimes hit harder. Would be my guess. I am really curious about that, would be cool if you could ask the company about the purpose of that spring in the handle and just let us know. Love your videos, Eeeeeeeeasy YT money. :)
34:50 only thing I've seen that I don't like on some of your jobs is you guys never wear masks/respirators. I'm a tradesman myself of 10 years(flooring trade as well). I wear a full respirator even when sweeping the floor. Take care of yourselves guys, it's never too late to start using PPE.
Hey Ryan, have you thought about a small enclosed trailer you could store all your stamps in. Then they would be stored out of the weather and you could just grab the trailer on stamp days, nothing would get forgotten.
