- Join the Victory crew as we head to Las Vegas for the 50th anniversary of World of Concrete. It wasn't stress free as is most of my life but we still had a great time. Meeting up with friends, checking out some new tools, and generally just having fun is what it was all about. Enjoy

Funny thing is, us that know ryans sarcasm understood it lol, fedex guy probably thought he was serious
'We're FedEx onsite, not FedEx Delivery. We're completely different entities'. FedEx corporate should see how negative this type of interaction comes across. This guy (manager?) should have been offering to assist Ryan in getting reimbursement $600 for non-performance of service and assisted in tracking the missing box. Absolutely no need to mention an 'onsite handling charge'. I work at a golf shop associate at property that is owned by a major hotel company. We are encouraged and given the authority to resolve customer concerns on the spot! Our goals is to resolve the issue as promptly and fairly as possible.
Should’ve had Tino ship the hats, they would’ve been just around the corner the whole time 😂

If FedEx really cared about customer service, the employee (17:29) should have the ability to pick up the phone and intercede on behalf of Ryan.
They don't care and they don't want to do more work, which is sad these days
Come on guys, he was clearly busy with 2 customers, that's an all day event for FedEx. All I know is that I'll never use FedEx after watching this video.
Ryan, as a former FedEx employee, I retired after 29 years back in 2018. Back in the day you were able to deal with real that would and could help you. Those days ended back around 2010. They became just like any corporate conglomerate. I noticed when you picked up the one box, the gentleman said you shipped them by Express. If that was the case, request your money back!!! They may tell you the delay was beyond their control but it is worth a shot. If not, get your CEO involved!!!

If Ryan used fedex for merch, they just lost a huge business. Just like the red tool company, dropped the ball. Bigtime
For next time.,Ryan, Just add a suit case or two and pay for extra baggage at your airline so the hats show up when you do and you know you have them. Also if there is a mistake the airline would try to solve the problem better then fed ex.
Yes it's cheaper and they will deliver the package from the airport to you at no extra cost aswell.if for some reason there's a delay. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Just check an extra bag, it costs $70.00 for a full size luggage. And it will probably take 300 hats.
Or Buy the hats on local stores, no shipment or extra baggage.

Fed ex complaints aside. I just want to say THANK YOU for taking videos and taking Eric & Fransisco again, I ALWAYS appreciate a boss who brings employees with them on trips like this. Plus im sure they are learning in and outs of business dealings which is a invaluable lesson that alot of bosses gate keep. The video was very entertaining too! cant wait for the next one :)

I found out about Deco Crete on this channel and contacted the branch in Columbus Ohio about repairing my daughter's porch. What a great company and employees! Very helpful folks and great products.
I operated the washplant that made the rock and sand for the concrete the Belagio has just under 20000 yards of concrete in the Basement floor continuous pour 4 Batch plants 220 mixer trucks 22 hours to pour it in 1996 I worked 18 hours that Day/nite 1 1/2 Rock in the concrete

DeWalt is my favorite tool brand. I have a lot of they're battery tools. Can't beat them on price and quality! Great video, even with the lost footage. I think your perspective of the events makes a better video than just filming the booths. Thanks Ryan and crew!
I don't have loyalty to any tools but I was like using Dewalt and Milwaukee when I get a good deal
DeWalt has really stepped up their quality over the past 2 years. They have always had select tools that were as good as Milwaukee but lately I think they have leap frogged them in a lot of areas.

I think Francisco should be trained on the Bobcat.hes a hustler and is as reliable as they come. Have Eric get his commercial license and both get their first aid. The crew should be getting certificates and training in the winter. Especially easy e

@@jeffkenyon7084Eric doesn’t need training, he needs integrity. That’s not something you can train into a guy, it has to do with how you were raised. For example If Ryan has to leave the job site and leaves the guys to do some grading and spread gravel (happened many times) and then comes back to find that the level of gravel is either too low or too high, that’s not because of inadequate training, it’s because they realized the boss left and decided to get lazy.

How could it cost $650 to ship some hats?? That’s insane I’ve shipped 90 pounds of catalytic converters from Nevada to New York for less than $100 ground shipping it took a week. Pretty big box as well

You can tell Ryan don’t fly too often. Should’ve checked a couple more suitcases full of hats. Would’ve been a lot less than what he paid for shipping.
