- Join the concrete crew as we begin pouring concrete on this job. We poured a stamped concrete patio with a border in the morning and part of the driveway at noon. So far everything about this job is coming out mint! Enjoy

I get so happy seeing Jade at the job sites with you guys rather than being stuck at home. You get to train her to be a good pup on job sites and she gets to be out in the fresh air and sunshine and hang with you guys all day. She looks happy and healthy. Keep up the good work fellas!

Seeing the mag stamps in action is always a treat, it's like magic compared to the old stamps
I have a bunch of stamps from. The 80s. And a bunch of old concrete tools from the 50s
I was a carpet installer for 13 years. These were my favorite type of customers! Ones that were hospitable and you could joke around with and were very appreciative of the hard work you do for them. Makes you want to go the extra mile for!
Nice 👍🏻. I did carpet for 3.5 years from 18-22. Now I been a mechanic for 11 years. I still do side jobs every now and then for family. It’s a good trade to know cuz there ain’t a lot of carpet guys out there. At least I don’t run into a lot. I did a lot of big expensive carpet jobs up in Lake Tahoe area. Did a job that was 134 steps to the front door lol I’ll never forget those days
Hi Ryan... The fact that Jade is still jumping means she isn't learning anything bud... To teach her not to jump, avoid getting her excitied right as she's approaching, and if she tries to jump, raise your knee up in front of her and firmly use the word "No" at her. This will put a stop to it straight away... But everybody has to do the same thing, otherwsie she wont know, and will be confused.
Taught our 4 dogs this and they learned it immediately on the first day... That excited "Hi Jaaaaaaaaade" is exciting to a dog... Help her stay calm while learning by just talking to her normal voice, not an excited playtime voice 🙂

Yup. Part of learning in construction when youre the new guy is getting roasted when making basic mistakes.

This couple has my vote for best attitude of the year.
Back In the 40’s my wife’s great grandfather had a well dug. The crew showed up the first day with their lunch. He told them don’t bring your lunch again because you will eat with us. It took 90 days to dig that well (it was done by hand). My wife’s great grandmother is the one that made the food everyday. After they were finished she told her husband don’t you ever tell another work crew that we will feed them 😂. That well is still there and producing water to this day.
That job and the cooking sounded so EEeeasy.

My mom is a home visitor for kids. She drinks coffee like its water. she used to use milk in her coffee but doesnt anymore after realizing that men in the house usually take a swig out of the carton.
Canceled concrete but stopped by for coffee and cookies. Hahaha, that was a good one. BTW, in California, the garbage men are "Civil Waste Engineers".

As a “garbage man” this video had me in tears laughing when y’all were cheering at them. Here in the city I live in, in ohio the drivers are “equipment operators “ and the guys on the back are “groundmen”. Believe it or not we actually do have adults that will walk behind us for multiple alleys while we work. It’s not uncommon for people to yell like you guys did. We see things you couldn’t imagine.
