Bessy Ninan I don’t know where u from but we make a small hole with an special tool called „Eierpiekser“ - roughly translated it means „egg piercer or egg needler“. That is to prevent that the egg cracks.

One of my favourite egg recipes that i have been making since 2001. As another varation to this, i sometimes add a generous portion of ketchup and it gives an amazing tangy variant of the original.
@@govardhanravi7502 thats a good thing for people sensitive to spicy food. The sweetness in the ketchup brings the heat down and the acidity cuts oily taste from the frying.

Only one suggestion, the cutting board you are using, was it plastic? If so could you please use a wooden cutting board as it is not healthy and micro pieces of plastic may go into your food. Adding raw clean eggs, 1 cup water, 1/2 tbsp salt in a Pressure cooker...2 to 3 whistles n hard boiled eggs are ready.
