Working to Change Survey

In 2021, a survey was designed by people with lived experience within the criminal justice system. They wanted to begin meaningful reflection and conversation among their peers around their experience of #employment and #work.
The survey aimed
◼️ To understand the attitudes and behaviours of the target group in relation to employment;
◼️ To understand the real or perceived barriers to securing employment;
◼️ To help close the gaps and blocks identified through this survey.
