I'm so glad I seen this message now. I rememeber after my first treatment I got a huge migrane. The worst I've ever gotten. It felt as if my trigeminal nerve, right on my temple, was moving slowly during that migrane. I will always rememeber that moment. And after that, I still continued to consume high vitamin b foods like liver, nutritional yeast, cereal eggs, and about a year and some change I feel much much better. Like if it's not even there.
I am interested.... I suffer off and on with TN..... I've tried everything....I don't want the surgeries....was diagnosed 5 yrs ago.....

@@ladynancy4383 hi please explain your diet and how you took it into.remission and even surgery is not safe specially mvd as I know one person who had mvd , it is risky too but as well as his pain is same even now even gamma knife is better than that and not risky just numbness sensation and did you have mri any nerve compression as most chances are those
@@iballslide7604 sometimes it's hard... a total anti inflammation diet is needed.... I do ginger blends.... change my food intake... rice based... I notice it acts up when I binge on sugar... sugar is the worst, so fruits, veggies are the best ..exercise is great because it is mind over matter.. the more you concentrate on the possibility of a spasm you're in constant anxiety... TN is crainial...posture is important for sleep as well
How does this work? I stay at 8-10 in pain trigeminal neuralgia. It’s awful.

I have had it since2003 and had Gamma knife surgury it went away for a few years but the nerves must have healed to it is back worse than ever. I am a tough dude and normal pain I have no problem with but this is the worse electrical hot knifes stabbing you in the face is the only way to describe it I cannot talk drink or eat when I have a full blown episode it makes living a nightmare I would do anything including surgery or even more drastic measures to solve this but I just don’t see anything else that can help running out of hope! Death can’t come soon enough this is no joke and de habilitating tegretal helps but it is always looming and will come again . Unfortunately even many neurologists do not see many cases some it seem are not too convinced it is real but I can testify damn it it’s as real as anything you see feel or taste

Hello, I am 3 months in with this diagnosis and living in the dark house I'm just want to be me again with out all these meds I have even sold my firearms in fear of myself life is awful .
