Brother your sales are gonna go up with all of DMFD fans! I remember when you were on Joe Rogan. I’m in Rochester NY I drove up to Toronto just to go to your Restaurant. One of the best meals I ever had.
YES, YES, YES! Please show us how to dry age venison! I am going to attempt to make Chef Mike's recipe that you showed on this video, wish me luck, haha. I will also be ordering his cookbook not only for myself but for my 3 boys (adults) who are avid hunters! Thank you for all of your videos and the respect that you give to your viewers and the animals. Sending blessings to you, your family and friends!
Rob: Please do several different things. Continue to do the most basic level of tutorials: How to catch/clean/cook for the first time hunter/fisherman; but also: showcase advanced techniques like dry-aging meat, specialized hunting/fishing techniques, and big picture conservation. If anyone can do it, you can; because, as I've said for years: BEST CHANNEL ON RUclips.
if you are ever there in the early fall when the colors start to reveal themselves, the drive from Toronto to Pembroke is easily the best scenery i have ever seen, btw, i cant remember the name but the cafe in the Irving big stop ,in Pembroke had EXCEPTIONALLY good food when i was there years ago, a real standout was the rasin pie, safe travels always!
You're fortunate, my Canadian brother. I live in Alberta, an hour north and a bit west of Edmonton in a town called Westlock. Although I love my province for what it provides in beauty, I have to say skating down the Rideau Canal or fishing on Lake of the Woods as Fall was setting in are probably my two favourite Canadian moments!
7:00 Robert shoots a “Unicorn” “the one they wanted him to get” “numero uno” What a humane way to tag a deer 🦌 . That animal was gone before it hit the ground. Good hunting, congratulations.
i love to watch you two hunt and fish together makes me smile brings back great memories of me and my brother who we lost two years ago thanks for the memories god blessto you both
Rob one of the most underrated parts of the deer are the shanks. I did an all day crockpot of them and was floored by how tender they were. You should do a cooking video on that. And by the way, your blade roast video from all those years ago is still one of my favorite dishes.
Since i was a young boy i dreamed of moving to the country where the air is fresh and the stars are visible, and dreamed of hunting and fishing to sustain myself and my family. when my grandpa died a few years ago, I even more so wanted that lifestyle. Hey Rob, big fan of the channel. Wanted to say go for the dry age! Also this is the PERFECT opportunity to collaborate with Guga Foods. He’s the Dry age king. I don’t think he has ever done venison dry aged. Would really love to see two of my favorite channels do a video. Thanks for all the great content!

I deal with really bad anxiety, when I watch your videos it just takes my mind off of whatever I’m thinking and it goes away. Right on man keep up the good videos🤙🏻🤙🏻

All the things you are teaching us, ethical hunting, conservation, technique, safety and how to be successful too. So thank you and thank your family too.
I loved the video. Love the dry again idea. My grandpa would always tell me stories of his safaris in Africa. He loved it there and I think it would be AWSOME if you would do a safari in Africa. You’ve been going around the world to hunt more often now and I think it would be amazing if you went to Africa.

On cleaning the deer I use a golf ball and a 1/8" Stainless cable and pull the hide kind of like you did .
