What is the name of the larger black disk shaped component connected to it? The part above the fuel component
On my 98 the metal pipe from the EGR valve to the bottom of the BPT was clogged. That was the cause of my P0400 code.
you just cleaned the hose
Replaced the rubber hose and unblocked the clogged metal pipe. Didn't need a new solenoid. 😊
Ppl suggest oven cleaner

So you changed out the solenoid, not the EGR valve?
I change air flow sensor n solenoid
He said he had 2 replace the actual egr maybe a year ago

Man you have any experience with supercharged frontiers?? I got a 01. Had it bout 8 months now clean ass lil truck. But it’s starting to rough idle also but the knock sensor is going bad as well and I heard it’s a pain in the ass to change out. Was wondering if you had any tips or tricks. Cuz I’m definitely going to tackle it my self save some money. I’m pretty mechanical incline but when I need help I’m not affraid to ask. Lol.

If it is the knock sensor, there are videos on how to relocate it. I dont know if it also applies to the supercharged frontiers but I did it on my 2000 naturally aspirated frontier and it was a lot easier than having to remove both intake manifolds.
Got a 00 frontier had my egr valve n cellunoid replaced still throwing code. Runs perfect. Help????

So mine truck was shaking hard when I first turn it on. It wont go over 2000 rpms and wont shift. Is this what yours was doing? And had it done it since u fixed it?
we also replace the trottle body sensor...is like 100 dollar part it goes under the air filter...

@@ramirezj115 the egr sensor was also bad but is a cheap fix
Sounds like its stuck in "limp mode".
@@benkelly6791 i have changed my TBS which has helped but its still doing it. I ordered a MAF sensor so once that comes in ill see how it goes

@@juniormartinez2586 We don't have inspections where I live. So I can make a plate, plug the vacuum lines and plug the exhaust manifold and I should be good?

@@juniormartinez2586 I couldn't take off the big nut because I didn't have a big enough wrench. I had to put everything back together and go buy one, do you remember what size it was,
