Zacian Hero is definitely the best of the D tier mons, having better viability in Ubers UU, even more than the Palkias, and arguably giratina too. Low C is the limit for it tho
I kinda want them to make a broken wall because all of the walls in ubers are either ou/uu mons, or bulky attackers with the right tools. I have a fakemon box art who's ability is basically a permanent leech seed. It is dark/ghost and has 130 in hp and both defenses 100 speed and special attack, and 90 attack. Something kinda like that would be neat.

Koraidon is just fucking broken, and the only reason it's not the clear cut best mon in every single category in gen 9 as soon as it got scale shot is because calyrex shadow is a thing. Taking away teras post gen 9 would give Koraidon an argument as far as being worse than Miraidon after its debut generation though.

Then again, half of those legendaries (Urshifu and Ogerpon) aren't designed the same way that most cover legendaries are designed so I can't imagine them ranking very well. I'd see Terapagos in C tier and Calyrex at the top of S or even S+ tier.
Bro Calyrex shadow rider is way to broken. I mean what the fuck is game freak thinking making it having nigh unmatched speed tier and insanely high special attack paired with its signature move, astral barrage making it one of the most spammable Pokémon ever.
How much would Solgaleo and Dawn Wings compete if Full Metal Body ignored attacking boosts when taking damage and Prism Armor reduces 4x weakness into 2x (nothing changes for Dusk Mane)?
I would argue Lugia is worse than dialga origin if tera is out of the picture since psychic/flying and base 90 offensive stats suck. When tera is out of the picture and more powercreep happens within the next gen or two I can see Lugia being freed because Lugia fell off an absolute cliff in viability starting with gen 7 Also ho-oh can definitely be argued for S tier because that pokemon has been an ubers staple since gen 5 and has been a phenomenal offensive and defensive presence since then
Ho-Oh's weakness to Miraidon and Kyogre, as well as many pkmn running coverage options to hit it or even tera fire to use it as setup is why I can't rank Ho-Oh along the S tier threats. These factors can overwhelm Ho-Oh throughout the game quite a bit, whereas S tier pkmn don't have such shortcomings.

I mean, I guess it's TECHNICALLY not on the cover of a game, but it's still the third member of the trio still and narratively it fits the same role that Box Arts play in their respective stories by being the big boss that you need to defeat to save the world
