Helped me take out a low health galvantula, Primerina, Latias, and Mega Mawhile in my draft league. It functions the exact same but gets boosted per weather. This allowed Pelipper to be threatening against sunroom, which often runs Amoonguss, since it could have super strong moves into every Pokémon on a common archetype, while also punishing Tera a lot more reliably

Weather is still my most hated mechanic. Also sun and rain do not need the fire/water attack boost. They are already strong enough attack and defense types that it's overkill.

Bleakwind Storm should be higher. The fact thats its broken in rain. And still very good outside of it. Its almost strictly better than Hurricane. Nobody who currently uses Hurricane would use it if they had access to bleakwind. In comparison to Hurricane its 14% more accurate but only 9% less powerful (based on the percentage change from Hurricane power/accuracy, Bleakwind storm has 114% of Hurricanes accuracy and 91% of its power). Bleakwind storm literally does statistically more damage. Also functions as a spread move in doubles. Amd its secondary effect is more reliable as a speed drop always does something while confusion only has a chance to do something.
ok gonna have to disagree on solar blade here. i think you are putting a little too much focus on the distribution of the move rather then it's effects, it's at least better then growth.

The move Powder has a small effect when heavy rain and intense sunlight. But I wouldn't count it as a weather related move.
