I have been in Ibrox a few times, and I have been within blocks of Celtic Park, I really dislike that there are no Scottish flags at either stadium. Both the teams should be competing in the Premiership until Scotland joins the EU one day, or if another Governing body comes around that they join. I was a full-on Glasgow Rangers fan for about a decade, I still cheer for them but not seriously, I want to see Aberdeen, Motherwell, or Hibs when it again. A salary cap would be a good way of reaching this
