Don't forget BEAR SPRAY and some camp shoes like Crocs! Let me know if I forgot any other essentials in the comments!

I never filter water anywhere in southwestern BC. As long as the source is running down the mountain, and away from possible busy campsites, it's cleaner than your city tap water. I fill up all the water containers I have before going back home, so I can have some of that clean and cold mountain water to drink at home.

I prefer the Hilton but this video is awesome for somebody that is new to the sport. It is full of the right information that will get you started. PS maybe add some furnitures in the room, the audio will be a little better. You did a great job . Almost forgot the bear spray hum ! It's amazing.

Sometimes I wish I'm at the Hilton too when it's been 3 days of hiking in the BC rain 😂😂😂😂

Yoo Shane!!! That's awesome, I'm stoked for you :). The JDF is so sick. I hope you luck out with weather too. It's so incredible in the Sunshine!

Can you make a video of several good 1-2 day overnight hiking + camping spots that are both beautiful and relatively safe (has good foot traffic) in case you get into trouble please?

Great idea, I think reviewing some shorter overnight hikes would make for an awesome video too!
