I wish they would've just kept the times even though the car should be easier to maneuver in the update. There's no point making gameplay changes if you're then just going to shift the balance back with changes like this. I speak for the average players. I see too many experts saying the licenses are too easy, just sucks not being able to enjoy the game and feel unmotivated and down because you're no expert. I managed to gold all licenses in GT Sport and don't have any memory of the same heart aches this game has caused me :/ Edit: I finally got it after sleeping on it. It took about 2 more hours but I started feeling really good all of a sudden in some of these turns, fresh fingers and fresh brain really makes the difference.
This is just so damn tough now. It was on 2:00.00 last time I tried and failed. 1:58.5 makes it even more impossible and it’s all I need for my platinum 😢
I was getting 2 minute laps for about a week. Changed these settings and somehow it worked for me. If you see on my lap I try to stay off the dusty parts of the track and the tires seem to keep better grip. I used to try and use the full track that would seem right to do, but checkout the lines I take, there's little nuances on the camber and slope of the track where you can easily pick up a tenth or 2. Maybe do a lap how you do it then set the ghost to about 0.5 seconds ahead, then follow the path I take and you will see, right after the 1st corner, you can be a bit quicker. The 1st corner is so important though, have to get it right otherwise you could have already lost half a second or more. And as the guys say "Don't forget to Like and Subscribe" 😎. Click your 1:58 blue link for the start of the lap
@@AlexHT100 I use controller sixaxis on ps4 and use the automatic gearbox. The videos I make are us guys that can't afford a wheel and all the shinanigans. The 10, 1, 10 settings made the biggest difference I think for the controller sensitivity.
I think the updates will come naturally when reinstalling the game. But I am going on the basis that no one did that before so I don't know if it may work or not but if you have a lot of progress in the game I would not advice risking it all

Can i just unstall the game and play without updsting? I have diac version, so i can get the old times for gold and get the tropht. It works?

what sorcery is this. I was playing on controller. default settings, changed to yours, gold, instantly. next try.
