125grms - 1/2 cup curd
More than 1tsp salt
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp coriander powder
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1/2kg - 500grms basmati rice
5-6 tbsp oil
1 big sized onion
1 star anise
1/2 mace flower
5-6 green cardamom
2 greater cardamom
5-6 clove
10-12 black pepper
2-3 pieces cinnamon stick
2 bay leaves
More than 1tsp cumin seeds
10-12 green chillies
4 cups water
1 tbsp funnel seeds
2 tsp salt
1 tsp garam masala powder
Orange food color
Fried onions
