I love your Cooking Benzir ,you are a very sweet person i tried quite a lot of your recpies ,which turned out yummy i am a pucca 100% Hyderabadi and i prefer only Hyderabadi dishes and as i am south indian prefer south Indian cooking After hyderabadi biryani i love your cooking,as said tomato is mot used in hyderabadi biryani add .tomato in biryani.

Yes what you said is 100% true I am pucca Hyderabadi,ni o one cook hyderabadi birani as Hyderabadi 's do.
I has seen people adding tomato kismis,some hotels they add curry leaves,dry chillies and rice is very sticky and they call Hyderabadi cooking.
