Speaking as someone who used to work in fast food, these types of orders are very common mistakes on the customers part and my team would call them Chipotle orders. Basically the customer would pick an item on the app and then deselect everything that comes on the item thinking they were choosing what they wanted ala Chipotle style ordering system. We'd get complaints that their sandwich came with only bread so often that from then on we always assumed the customer was dumb and started making tickets like this as they come on the menu.

Looked to me like you did get your burger with no burger. It was what was left in the bag after you took everything out.
