Saw Bill Cantos back in 1994 in Stockholm together with Jay Graydon All Star Band! What a concert, my love to all these great guys
This ballad is beautiful. The original version has Warren Wiebe on vocal (on Jay Graydon's Airplay for the Planet). But BILL CANTOS, who co-wrote the song and sings beautifully this version is amazing too. I think Bill would deserve wider recognition, he's an excellent singer and keyboardist. I've got all his records, love him his music. Greetings from Portugal.
In addition to composing, Bill also did the backing vocals on the original, it's magical when his and Warren's voices cross in one of the last choruses...
Roxann has been my favorite song for many years. Nice to hear a new and updated version by some of the finest musicians out there!

Love how Bill laughs and says "yeah" after singing "Let's not talk about who's to blame" right after Peter messed up a bit the last bend of the solo at 2:54. Anyways, Peter is an awesome guitar player (as and old saying: doctors do die as well)

Peter Friestedt. I think he's from Sweden. He's had many musical projects with U.S. musicians mainly with Bill Champlin, Joseph Williams, Bill Cantos, Michael Ruff, Abe Laboriel, Lou Pardini, Yellowjackets and others
They vocalist could have done so much more with the band before closing out the song. They could have successfully milked that for another five minutes without ruining the song. Oh well. Nice rendition. Left me wanting.
