I kind of live a sort of MacGyver life I'm also living like a James Bond life too and I'm kind of wondering sometimes my Bible skills building my own trailer with a little help of course but my mind was engineerable my mind with ingenuity and they had a friend that made it possible but I didn't think it was possible and yet I built a few things now I'm beginning to wonder how it is in survival I've had some failures I've actually corrected those failures now all the sudden I have other challenges that I'm trying to get through but as far as my MacGyver tricks and watching the guy over the years I've learned a lot I pray to God that what I took from the MacGyver movies if I play it right it does not endanger my life in any way I just want to make sure that every time I get an idea I watch MacGyver quite often and thanks again to Mr Richard Dean Anderson I've been the biggest fan of him since I was a boy keep up the good work I want to see more of MacGyver outcome.

I heard a rumor that Richard Dean Anderson had to meet Kurt Russell to make his character Jack O'Neal more like the movie character if that's the case that's really cool because I've seen another TV show Richard Dean Anderson was in and I've seen almost every single movie with Kurt Russell they're both very good actors
in the extras of the stargate dvd there are eceenas of that. russel was filming 30 miles to graceland and agreed to stop by the set. He was dressed as Elvis and took pictures with the group of actors from Stargate

Aw, come on - don't be so hard on him. Arthritis eventually slows everyone down. He's had broken bones, a back injury, knee problems, hockey injuries and did a lot of his own stunts as I recall. It takes a toll. I don't think people realize how much one can hurt past a certain age - or how much it limits one's ability to keep in shape. Metabolism slows down, too.

I think so too. It certainly suited the character. And that style he had in season 6 and 7 (and the 2 TV movies) was also still very popular in the 90s as well.

McGuyver was boring and too left for me. But the 80's and the haircuts were the only good bits, IMO.
