I still love this song. In 2023 it takes me back to a time where I was getting to know myself. This song gave me comfort and inspiration to be creative. Be bold. The visuals, the musicians, and the voice would put me in a trance. I miss those moments of pure bliss. ❤️🌹

Karen Elson has had the same style since before Florence Welch was even thought of. Fact.
That guitar is an old Gibson made back in the 1920's. Jimmy Page plays a similar one that is it's "sister" in the video, "Take Me For a Little While." It's a fantastic song, you should check it out. :)

@333drstrangelove Im with ya. This music is real man, its not fake like most of the stuff out there. I looked her up because i heard she played and shes Jack's wife. But i was extremely and pleasantly surprised upon hearing this. Shes not overdoing anything with her voice, shes singing what she feels, and how she feels. I think her stuff is great. Its so real, because she wrote all this in her closet and kept it from Jack. Its an added bonus that her husband is a masterful genius of music.

I love that song!! Her voice aint half bad, and even though the guitar playing is dubious (is she actaully playing, and if so, how well?), the ensemble is pretty tight! Beats the livin Jesus outta whatever Amoureuse shit Carla was harpin on about!!

i don't think she's a bad or mediocre singer, but i think for some people the sort of lazy quality to her voice might be a turnoff. i love it though, i think she's fantastic and one gorgeous woman.
