Episode 5 of 7, almost to the end! In this episode i just show how i added Acrylic paint and Modge Podge to the vest to add some minor details. Hope you all enjoy!
I used a material called Kydex. Its a hard plastic that can mold when heated, then dries to be hard again. I outlined the material with the knife and cut it out. Placed the knife on the bottom sheet and heated the top with a torch. Gotta be careful as you can burn yourself easy. Then i pre drilled holes around the edges of sheath and used rivets to lock them in place.
