Ill be down there meeting up with John on my Honda Trail 125. Ill be staying at the Moab KOA on the south side of town. Ill be there late afternoon on the 16th to 21st. John is camping at the Sand Flats area in his RV as far as I know which is where Slick Rock is located. Its a seven mile dirt road with multiple camp grounds. Most are in the beginning though.
Man, I wish I was there to ride Kane Creek with you guys! We got there Friday afternoon and found out that the campground by John was full. We ended up at a hotel in town.
@@MOBStreet83 Potash Rd to Shaffer switchbacks to just before the very top and back (I was camped on Potash rd/279 and I was too cheap to go into and pay the Canyonlands fee) Onion Creek then La Salle mountain loop road-paved back to Moab-NOT Recommended on a small bike as it goes up to 8300ft-I had ZERO power and it was freezing cold, Kane Creek/Hurrah Pass and finely Gemini Bridges..all dual sporting as I didn't move the truck once I got a camp spot..amazing couple days!

Sweet! I was just there 4/23-27 with my XT225..quite similar to the TW, did 300 miles on it there, amazing place👍

I have Back in the 1980s driven moab and wish I could go.
It was a blast. We will do more rides down there for sure!
Sounds like fun, maybe i’ll crash it on my drz400 super moto lol. Seems like everyone on the forum is spread out in time though.
You should have! My bro in law was on my KLX230s and my buddy was on his WR250F and there were trail 125's and everything!
