- I'm sharing a Walmart grocery haul with you today. We are pretty self sufficient and community sustainable around here but still head to the store for some things and I wanted to share it with you. Here's our large family grocery haul and meal plan.

I know you are probably the one to make dinner for the two littlest ones on "feed your self" nights but it always makes me laugh thinking about them making their own dinners...I know my littles would be picking out icecream and cookies 😂

I thought it was very interesting. I watched a video today that shows food from Walmart and they specifically put the ice cream sandwiches that you bought in an oven and left it for over 2 1/2 hours, and they didn't melt. Be very careful with Walmart food. It is full of processed chemicals that are not good for your kiddos.
