Welcome to Tatiana and Jinjer's world of wonderment. That's all her. She uses a vocal technique called "false chord" screaming/growling which doesn't use the vocal chords unless she wants to add to the sound it produces. She also uses other harsh vocal techniques. She isn't the only one who does it but she's pretty much a master at it. Everyone in the band is very talented. I would suggest that if you want to hear more try Perennial Live at Wacken Open Air 2019 or Judgement and Punishment One Take Vocal.
As a musician and music lover, a really good reaction, also because you immediately recognize how good the other musicians in the band are, that's a world class band!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Jinjer is from Ukraine and every member is an exceptional musician. They are Roman on guitar, Vlad on drums, Eugene on bass, and Tatiana on vocals.
I've seen Jinjer in concert 3 times, and they are fantastic live. 4 magnificent musicians and composers. Tatiana is a master lyricist, always very thoughtful. Vlad, drummer, is actually a concert pianist by training, and plays guitar as well

As good as Jinjer is in the studio, they are much better live. Tatiana is a world-class growler and one of the best front women in metal today.
"Intervals", as you say is actually a syncopation starting in 7/8 shifting to 6/8 at the mid verse, and then to a standard 4/4 during the chorus. VERY unique and masterfully presented....
