Wow! First congrats on 20K! 👏🏆 Then onto this amazing Donut Extravaganza! 🍩 These sound super wonderful, the dough/buns sound so perfect for a Donut, especially when eating multiple! I think I'd be right there with you with my top favorite choices! The Cookie Butter, Strawberry Milkshake, or Cinnamon! Although that carrot cake.... 🥕😍 But anyway, Speaking of Cookie Butter to my knowledge speculoos is a type of spiced Belgium cookie, and Biscoff is just a brand of speculoos cookies. So they are basically interchangeable and both are made into cookie butters! 😂 I like that these aren't over the top sweet and have a much more natural feel to them and less artificial! If it were me, I would definitely have the double chocolate. In fact, if I order a dozen from another well known maker, I usually order 6 chocolate and 6 plain, so I can mix it up and not get chocolate overload. What is angel delight? Were the doughnuts more cakey like Krispy Kremes or raised like Dunkin Donuts? I prefer crullers but not from Krispy Kreme. I think I may be one of the very few people who doesn't like Krispy Kreme doughnuts. Anyway, I could tell you were just enjoying them because you took way more time than usual.
I could be wrong but the promo suggests that their "natural flavoring" is what they came up with in a laboratory (like the neurotoxic excitotoxin additives ie MSG of which "glutamic acid" is the harmful ingredient more and more people, especially those with mental nervous disorders, are trying to AVOID. It is given many names such as "natural flavors".or added "proteins" like "soy protein" or " pea protein", where they isolate the constituents of the pea and use just the protein for example. It is *very unnatural* to eat partial constituents of food like BIG FOOD has been incorporating into commercial food and using for too long to make us addicted to their food. Our bodies only know how to properly digest utliize and eliminate whole foods as grown in Nature (not as constructed in a laboratory). See if you can find an actual artisinal bakery that only uses WHOLE FOOD ingredients (such as using actual strawberries for strawberry flavor) and has figured out a way to use less of the refined sugars and grains ( or maybe uses some of the ancient grains like amaranth, quinoa and buckwheat....and doesn't use any additives like xanthan gum you see in so many gluten free foods). Some of the additives in these foods that are supposed to be more healthful are hardly that since they also have other chemical additives our bodies can't use or even get rid of very easily.
