After nearly two months, this 'quick' project is done.
I put way too much effort into it, and I'm not even fully pleased with the results.... Either way, I hope you guys do enjoy it!!
I love these two kitties, and feel bad for both of them-
With Swiftpaw's determination to show he can become a warrior, to Brightpaw supporting him in what he does...
I feel like these two would've most likely ended up being mates if it weren't for the drastic event that they went through. (I have just found out they're COUSINS..... I am going to jump off of a bridge and plummet into a river. I had NO idea- I suppose that detail I forgot, or simply didn't notice while rereading the books... I am SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SORRY.)
Now, a bit more about the process -
I wasn't sure what to fully do and hesitated a LOT. I was unsure about the backgrounds, which is also why it took me so long. Not only that, this is the first ever PMV that I've made, and I will most definitely learn from all of the mistakes that I've made during the working.

Alright, LET ME EXPLAIN.
I got sick, and it is quite tiring. Around 7pm for me, my energy to even work went below 0. I tried to stay awake, but... failed. It is now midnight. I am mad at myself for missing this, as it was a big moment for me 😭🤌

At this point it doesn't matter they are cousins because the whole 5 clans are related to each other!!! Everyone be cousins now lol

@@ratxentherat no? That's not what they meant. They meant that the writing in warriors is so messy that even the writers don't know who's related or not.
When in an isolated group, obviously there's a small choice of mates. I don't ship this anymore, but if you hadn't made me aware they were cousins, I would.
If it isn't directly mentioned (and multiple times) Does it really matter if you accidentally ship two cousins? No, No it doesn't.

i’m glad this was recommended to me, and i hope you don’t delete it, because i can tell you worked really hard on it. so you didn’t know swift and bright were first cousins, or that this was a song about how historians often erase sapphic relationships. it was an innocent mistake that you’ve apologized for. it would be a shame for such a heartfelt project to be deleted because of simple ignorance. keep up the good work!

It's a beautiful PMV but the song is about lesbian discrimination throughout history and ongoing, so using it for a straight ship, especially during Pride Month, isn't something I can agree with.

The reason I decided to post it now, was because I have my exams in two days, and after, I won't have time as art fight is slowly coming along.
Not only that, In august I will be leaving for poland, so I wouldn't have time to post then either.
My goal with this, was to practice tweening, as I've never done so before.
under no circumstance was it my goal to 'discriminate' against lesbians or whatever (especially since I'm not straight myself). I was just focusing on how I could potentially express what Brightpaw/heart lost. Which, now it seems like I'm some... messed up person for shipping cousins (which I had no knowledge of), and now for using a song about lesbian discrimination for a straight ship, DURING PRIDE MONTH.
At this point, I've upset so many people, I might just delete this.

If you're uncomfortable with keeping it up in the state it's in, you reupload it and change the song, or add a disclaimer. I don't want your hard work to go to waste.
