There's also this story Abt how this regular house dog recognized that the carbon monoxide levels in their house were too high and wound up alerting the family and saving their lives(the carbon monoxide alarm was broken, I think). But, yeah, it's possible for dogs to recognize different gases and their danger levels. Plus I think that Marshall being able to recognize fire starts would just be a matter of him recognizing what the scent of smoke is at the start of a fire. Edit: the dog being able to salute is also so frickin cute omggggggg

Maybe one of the cats can follow her home and reveal that mayor isn’t the best to them, having threatened the cats that if they don’t behave and do what he wants him to do he’ll throw them out and leave them dead, maybe even alluding to the fact he’s done it before.

My favorite human characters are Cap'n Turbot and Francois (mostly because I love the fact that a writing guy on the production team's idea for a new character was Cap'n Turbot but dumber and also French for some reason), and their fighting for custody over their shared brain cell lives rent free in my head even years later.
Man, Rocky is ABSOLUTELY my fave of all the dogs. His design in the original show is just so cute and I honestly feel like he could've been a shelter dog that's more mutt-leaning than the other pups who appear more pure-bred. He's just a lil' guy and I'd protect him w/ my life. Plus I'm not sure he gets a lot of chrctzation in the og show(at least from what I've seen of it) and I just think he deserves the best.

To be fair there are other ways in giving beings depth without scarring, however, that is a favorite amongst many people, and it makes sense I might add.

At this point, I’d think all the other dogs have warmed up to her, but ever protective and worried Chase isn’t and keeps growling at her and being all “I don’t trust you! You could hurt him!” (And maybe part of him is scared that Rider won’t be so interested in his dog best friend if he falls in love with a girl.) So when he gets hurt and has to be taken care of by Katie, he is forced to realize that she’s actually a nice and caring person and that she wouldn’t hurt a fly. That could be cute :)
As someone who has already had two separate ideas for a more mature version of this series I love your take on it, especially with the clear Bolt interpretation and the idea that the team are just mostly normal dogs using high tech dog tags to speak. I would definitely like to see more of this in the future, once you’ve gotten a more solid idea of what the story is.
i'd love to see you do an episode of this with the lion guard! i have always thought it would have thrived so much better as disney channel cartoon with less restrictions as opposed to a disney jr show which, as much as i'll argue that it doesn't villainize the villain predators for being predators but for overhunting, it's still... yk a show for toddlers. i'd love so much to see your take on a version for teenagers that would have even less restrictions than a regular disney channel version!

Every since I saw the movie Bolt for the first time, I remember liking it, but also kind of wishing that the in-universe TV show existed as well, so this is a fun idea to chew on. If you're taking suggestions for kid show to tween show ideas, might I recommend Hanazuki: full of treasures? It's very cute and sweet, but the actual premise of an interplanetary force of destruction that can only be fought off by the child guardians living there (and how many of them actually failed in their mission) is just asking for a more nuanced take on the idea. She locks Marshall and a pup called Snowski who I invented (snowski is half Samoyed and half Great Pyrenees, she’s pretty much Everests best friend but Everest can’t have Snowski and her power claws getting in her way) in ice cages (taking Marshall’s mighty crystal so he cant melt the ice to break them out). And then basically convinces Rocky and Zuma of stuff and manages to possess them somehow. Chase and Skye get frozen in ice and it continues as such

Speaking as a paw patrol fanartist and fanfic writer myself, I love your designs for each of the pups in your AU. Very unique, and it makes them stand out for sure. I also like your concept. Most fanfic AUs like mine tend to stick to the childhood time period, as that is what the show tends to do with them. (However, my fanfics have them go on a long narrative that eventually leads to them growing up, and now they are in their teen years right now.) Anyways, overall, awesome work, and I would love to see more of them in the future. :)

i'd love to see you do an episode of this with the lion guard! i have always thought it would have thrived so much better as disney channel cartoon with less restrictions as opposed to a disney jr show which, as much as i'll argue that it doesn't villainize the villain predators for being predators but for overhunting, it's still... yk a show for toddlers. i'd love so much to see your take on a version for teenagers that would have even less restrictions than a regular disney channel version!

I absolutely love every SINGLE one of these rewrites, it's something I think about often as I have two younger siblings almost a decade younger than me, so they are experiencing all my childhood shows now and I'm typically around or with them when they are rewatching!

This video was great! I liked the voice claims you used. Every since I saw the movie Bolt for the first time, I remember liking it, but also kind of wishing that the in-universe TV show existed as well, so this is a fun idea to chew on.
If you're taking suggestions for kid show to tween show ideas, might I recommend Hanazuki: full of treasures? It's very cute and sweet, but the actual premise of an interplanetary force of destruction that can only be fought off by the child guardians living there (and how many of them actually failed in their mission) is just asking for a more nuanced take on the idea. Again, love your videos!

I have this entire section where Everest gets PISSED that Liberty is “replacing” her (this isn’t the actual case but she certainly believes it), and she steals a mighty crystal, so she can have her retconned (frick the mighty movie for that) powers back. She locks Marshall and a pup called Snowski who I invented (snowski is half Samoyed and half Great Pyrenees, she’s pretty much Everests best friend but Everest can’t have Snowski and her power claws getting in her way) in ice cages (taking Marshall’s mighty crystal so he cant melt the ice to break them out). And then basically convinces Rocky and Zuma of stuff and manages to possess them somehow. Chase and Skye get frozen in ice and it continues as such

When the world needed her most, she returned. Great video btw, this show was my childhood. If it was a show for older audiences I could see it being like Planet of the Apes meets Isle of Dogs. Like: the Paw Patrol were shelter dogs intended to be put down but they were taken in by the government to be genetically modified to be more intelligent so they could use them. Rider however is the only one they’ll listen to so he’s given an earpiece to be able to understand and command them. I’m just spitballing at this point lmao

Edit: By the way!! One thing about Rider and Katie is that in the show they’re supposed to sort of parallel Skye and Chase. Since Chase is constantly portrayed as Rider’s first dog/closest dog meanwhile Katie is usually paired with Skye. There’s, like, a whole episode where they do a Sleeping Beauty (?) play and the parallels are paralleling. That and Chase’s big ass crush on Skye that for some reason was forgotten after the initial seasons??

Speaking as a paw patrol fanartist and fanfic writer myself, I love your designs for each of the pups in your AU. Very unique, and it makes them stand out for sure.
I also like your concept. Most fanfic AUs like mine tend to stick to the childhood time period, as that is what the show tends to do with them. (However, my fanfics have them go on a long narrative that eventually leads to them growing up, and now they are in their teen years right now.)
Anyways, overall, awesome work, and I would love to see more of them in the future. :)
