Do you have a recommendation for the oils? I bought a nice cheap diffuser from Amazon that works great but I would like some high end oils. I have heard very bad things about Hotel Collection.
Was so excited to get my Hotel Collection. So disappointed in it. Remote is not working and does not even scent a medium size room. Would not purchase again.
I would love a follow up video if yours still work, and if you ever found other oils or products that were more affordable that worked with it 😊 Also, is this the same product as scentiment? It looks exactly the same. I wonder if they changed their product name since these seem to be breaking a lot ?
Great review! I bypassed all of their ads and stuck with candles. Then I visited my cousin’s home, walked into the bathroom and smelled a beautiful fragrance. Lo and behold, it was one of these. I ordered it immediately. One of 3 broke but I still have 2. They last a lot longer than candles.
I'm guessing that you mean one bottle lasted 2/3 months. That's actually pretty impressive. Just swap out the bottle and go for another 2/3 months. Or do you mean it stopped working altogether?
Does yours have a rubber gasket where the bottle screws in? Mine is just like yours and I can’t make it work with the gasket it came with, I’m wondering if I even need it?!
Please do another video on how to activate & use the remote. Our diffuser is wonderful with scenting - but even though our remote matches the remote photo in the booklet, the instructions refer to Resetting the Remote to Factory Settings by pressing a “Blue Button on the remote labeled 35%”. There is no blue button on the remote! But it is the remote in the pamphlet, but clearly the wrong directions are provided. Did you have the same issue?
So did anyone find a way to work the remote? My only works the power and off button but the diffuser still works every 5 min and that for aure will make me broke 😅
I have never walked into a hotel and thought it smelled nice, but, like you, most of my hotel experiences are for work. I do need an air freshener of some sort, though. My wife complains that our house smells all the time. Is this over powering? The cheap febreeze that I bought was ridiculously overpowering. Let us know if you find a cheaper option, too.
It sounds like you guys need to deep clean your home including shampooing the carpets and washing the walls (just dawn soap and water). I would recommend waiting until the spring time or whenever you guys are most comfortable with leaving your windows open for most of the day to air your house out.
@@tatianabritton6258 My house is a gut rehab, so the hardwood floors and the walls are all new in the last year or so. No carpeting. I think I have a hyposensitive nose while my wife has a hypersensitive nose.
By them from AliExpress or even Amazon. About 1/3 cheaper and no predatory sales tactics.
Thank you I just saw several similar models.

I've heard terrible things about Hotel Collection but I loved your review.
What specifically have you heard? I’m on the fence still…
Did you end up trying your own scents and see if it worked?

I love mine. I have 3 now all still working great.
Bought it twice , worked for 2/3 months and that was it.Dont even bother..
Which one didn't work?

Mine quit working after cleaning and doing all the things
Interesting. Mine wouldn’t clean. I couldn’t get the alcohol to diffuse. But I placed a new oil bottle in and it’s working.
I expressed my experience on RUclips regarding this company. Why did RUclips delete it?

My gasket fell apart too… so annoying…wont work anymore for the money I paid for didn’t even last a year…
Where is your remote? I got mine today and a remote was included.
Not sure where mine was. I ordered another one for a different room and it came with a remoe.
so did you get a remote?
I ordered another one, and that one came with a remote. So I think it's supposed to.
Did you try contacting them for a replacement? Thanks for your reply!

@@swinnie6I noticed this same thing! I have a black remote and no 35% button lol

I’ve heard these diffusers break after just a few months of use
Is your diffuser holding up?
So far, I have 2 and they are both still working. I guess now I’ll have to pay close attention to see if they stop
Yup mine stop working…
These things are garbage.. overpriced garbage
so what are cheaper oils that can be bought in the diffuser ..can water and essential oils work
This is a cold air diffuser, no water

Why do peoples houses stink anyway?
Idiots
THAT STUFF IS SO BAD FOR YOU. CANCER CAUSING INGREDIENTS IN THERE YOUR BREATHING! Even burning candles are SO BAD FOR YOU!
What specifically cause cancer? What ingredients? You're just repeating something you don't even know lmao 😂
Omg omg everyone is having cancer now omg. Millions of people use burning candles every day, omg we all have cancer.
