Was thinking the same thing. You know the whole karen thing was taken to a sexist extent when there's people whose entire job is to script and set up situation where women act like that so they can make money off of people's heated reactions. And it's probably working.
i notice the same thing when youtube community posts reccomends you random screenshots of like twitter posts or texts or whatever. its obviously fake stuff thats meant to make everyone in the comments fight over nothing, and even when no ones gender is being said or anything in the post, everyone says the dumber/ruder person in the image is a woman and the reasonable person is a dude. or, a lot of the images themself sometimes are only about women being rude or stupid or whatever. idk it just feels weird, and no matter how many times i hide the posts, youtube keeps giving me them. they just make people negative, ragebait is so stupid.
Yep that's pretty much it. That's why videos about women 'freaking out'/being demanding/being whiny are popular, why videos about black people, LGBT+ folk, POC, etc. getting 'arrested' or confronted are popular. Especially when they pull the 'excuse' that because they're a part of the group, they're 'exempt from consequences'. People flock to videos that give them 'justification' for why they hate those groups.
Pshaw. Not fake at all. Everyone knows that upon being slapped in the face your immediate reaction is to softly say "Oh my goodness" and then to ask "Do you know the repercussions of your actions right now?" It's up there with "You hath insulted mine honour! Now we do battle!" as a completely natural response to such an action.
Tbf I can see it being done by someone waiting for that to happen. Like getting the script ready in case it happen so you can look badass and cool and awesome

Kinda like the nurse with the scooter calling for help - apparently that was her scooter but people were quick to jump the gun and label her a racist karen without any other context, they take 15 seconds of an interaction and immediately make a judgement on a person. It's one thing if you see the whole situation unfold but you can't justifiably make that kind of call on a person when the video starts in the middle of the situation, there could have been other things leading up to that (think of those videos where the POV camera person acts calm while the service worker is yelling at them and the camera starts in the middle of the argument, the POV person could have been acting unhinged leading up to that but pretended to act calm once they began filming)
It's the new "hysterical woman". I've had someone call me a karen in a comment section once for being passionate while complaining about racist stereotypes. So many people really don't know the origin of the term and project their misogyny onto this it's wild.
sadly the word karen has actually become that. karen is supposed to be a word for rude outrageous customers/people who harass you, but i see it now mostly only used on real feminists, someone just simply disagreeing with someone over a small thing, women having mostly obvious mental health crises or panicking, or these faked videos that are mostly only about women being the bad guy and some dude being the good guy and then the whole poster basing the situation on their genders. really weird

“I know that acting is a tough gig” PLEASEEEEEE😭😭😭 That second video was fully a trip. Actually worse than the first one, which is truly saying something.
So, here's the thing about "Karen" being broadened to this kind of caricature... If someone's acting out, freaking out, whatever, you are only seeing a tiny part of that person. Maybe they're overstimulated and the pressure of having their worst moments filmed in public is making them worse. Maybe they haven't eaten, or taken their medication, and are having trouble controlling themselves. Writing them off as a "Karen" does nothing to solve those problems. It implies that there is a deep, permanent flaw within that person, which can allow the people who are racist or bigoted to get lost in the noise. The first video seemed to imply the person was the latter sort; a white woman who knows how to play the victim to authority to get her way. The second video is a lot less clear. Maybe she's paranoid and someone parking next to her set off an episode. The third one, idk, acab. The supposed protagonists were laughing about doing "something worse" to a woman who really didn't hurt them, so, screw them (even if they are fake).
it makes me uncomfortable because I swear, I'm autistic, and I feel like I've seen some that looks like someone's having an autistic meltdown... but either way I really just don't like people taking these kinds of videos at face value tho regardless. @@oddlem SAME on top of my autism i have severely uncontrollable BPD i cannot treat on top of severe paranoia/c-ptsd, i already got people taking pictures of me everyday in school simply because i was the autistic kid minding my business and people harassing me for existing + the teachers not caring and purposefully making me have meltdowns, leading to my dad (who DESPISES dropping out) letting me drop out the day after i became 16 bc he saw how the staff was treating me when he had to pick me up during a c-ptsd dissociative episode. this is one of the many many many reasons im scared to ever go outside. recording strangers, especially in vunerable times, has becomed SO NORMALIZED and it's disgusting.

It made me so depressed when that video went viral of the woman clearly having a psychotic episode on the plane, saying a man was “not real” and VERY clearly in extreme distress, and millions of people laughed at her. Made me lose faith in humanity a bit every time I saw people joking about it.
I see so many of these videos, and it all boils down to finding a reason to hate women. Guys know they can’t hate a random women for nothing (without at least lots of backlash) so they get excited when videos like this come out, so they can freely hate on women.
shopping carts are property of the shop so like… why would cops make a woman basically commit theft? i mean aside from the part that all of it is very fake

Ok talking about pencil drama gave me a horror flashback to when I was so bored I wrote a short story about a pencil that fell in love with Sherlock Holmes.
I love that so much omg, was the pencil personified fully, like could speak, had a name, or was it an inanimate object that gained the ability to love? Was it a normal sized pencil or like a mascot type thing, I am so fascinated by this concept
@@blakewhite3131 Haha well I'm glad you like the idea! That's so funny. It was a regular pencil, regular sized and everything but it could think. Obviously people shouldn’t hit other people, but the one thing I really hate about these videos is they ignore the fact that someone bigger hitting someone smaller is always wrong. It is like how an adult hitting a child is wrong, even if the child hits them. I think a lot of people need to go back to kindergarten and remember that saying “ two wrongs don’t make a right”
Another thing is that he just continues the fight , even if it wasn’t fake he didn’t hit her cause she hit him it cause he didn’t get an apology because that’s what made him do it It’s not even self defense since he didn’t hit back when he was getting harmed or intention of harm was made clear so that doesn’t have much merit

I could tell something was a little odd about the plane one initially, because absolutely no plane sounds like that on the inside; especially if they were trying to imply that the plane was about to take off, or had just landed (or literally any other point of the trip), because you'd hear that obnoxious sound of the air going constantly. But, being (likely) autistic, for a bit I just accepted that it was a fake fight happening on a real plane, before I fully realized how off it _was_ sounding, and that it was absolutely like a square room and not a metal tube like an actual plane. Really just 100% perception, 0% comprehension with me, huh?

12:10 yes, if you don’t like content there’s an option to not recommend the channel. The point of the algorithm is to keep you engaged so it won’t serve you content you don’t want, on RUclips at least.
For the first plane one, the original video ends with all the people coming together to let people know it was fake and tell you what the "message" of the scene they just acted out was. They have a couple videos that i've seen of fake fights in that same set and then a "lesson" explanation. The people originally making those videos didn't intend for people to leave that scenario thinking it was real. Unfortunately, people re-upload clips without the context in order to get that rage induced engagement. I can't say the same for any of the other fake fight clips in this videos, i mean i don't really see what the lessons in the other ones would even be if they weren't just made for view farming.

You just never know what someone else's going through
but also yeah, it definitely kind of makes the latter kind of people you were talking about more hidden and I really don't like that
@@oddlem i think that Victoria's Secret "Karen" was confirmed to be autistic. Now people think she's racist.
@@oddlem SAME
on top of my autism i have severely uncontrollable BPD i cannot treat on top of severe paranoia/c-ptsd, i already got people taking pictures of me everyday in school simply because i was the autistic kid minding my business and people harassing me for existing + the teachers not caring and purposefully making me have meltdowns, leading to my dad (who DESPISES dropping out) letting me drop out the day after i became 16 bc he saw how the staff was treating me when he had to pick me up during a c-ptsd dissociative episode. this is one of the many many many reasons im scared to ever go outside. recording strangers, especially in vunerable times, has becomed SO NORMALIZED and it's disgusting.
This is extremely important to remember, sometimes I even forget this sometimes. If i had a meltdown in public (autistic) and somebody recorded it I don’t even know what I’d do. What can you even do in that situation? You only seem like the bad guy.
How can she slap!!!!! How can she slap me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
!!!!!!!
with her hand probably
@@theMyRadiowasTakenno……..
"she's using permanent milk" took me OUT
shopping carts are property of the shop so like… why would cops make a woman basically commit theft? i mean aside from the part that all of it is very fake
Quietest plane EVER
the acting in that airplane video is giving high school film project 😶 also there is way too much space on that plane for it to even look real
"she's using permanent milk" looooool
Hitting someone back, man or woman, is still assault. You’re not allowed to hit a man because he hits you either. Unless it’s to defend yourself, you’re not allowed to hurt people!!
It's staged 🤦
I never understand why in this whole discussion about hitting women like you would a man, it's rarely brought up that you really shouldn't hit a man in the first place. It's not an equality question if you don't do it at all.
@@randomlyswatching9481 We...we know it's staged that's the entire point of the video. But people in the comments of said videos are using it as a justification to hit women.
Garentuee Joe Rogan will talk about this and believe it's real
when I was in elementary school i liked to collect pencils and i wouldnt sharpen them, i just had a huge pencil collection. one time my little sister got mad at me and sharpened my whole collection. unfortunately this was before social media and smart phones so i dont have a video for you to cover this for your pencil drama video, sorry pinely
Ahh yes the classic exit sign on the back of a plane
Well technically, there are exit signs on planes. Typically they’re white with red font though.
@@anastasiaroxs no it the fact it’s on the back of it I’ve been on a few planes and the door into it is usually at the front aside from emergency exits and that just says exit
@@Flareguydude. I literally just did a quick google search and have found pics of them at the back of the plane, most of the time found over the back door. I’m not saying that sign makes it real or anything like that. I’m just saying the general statement of “there are exit signs on planes”. Dude chill. Nothing to argue over
The misogynistic men in those bait video comments that are like “equal rights, equal fights” need some serious help. Like yup, women got the right to vote and be treated like people so now you should be able to cause them harm. That adds up!! Great job everyone.
Oh you can tell its fake. Bad acting. Obviously BADLY scripted.
Yet 90% of the audience wants to believe it, so their beliefs are upheld
"Instant karma in the end" so is it instant or is it eventually? Which is it?
i feel like people forget karens can be legitimately very dangerous and over the years people have been trivializing their existence for content
people who want an excuse to hate on women co-opt + bastardize the idea of "Karens". Karens pose so much harm to marginalized people, especially Black people, but so many people just see Karens as an excuse to go "woman=bad" and then fantasize abt misogynistic violence
Can't believe people actually enjoy watching this stuff.
I wrote that pencils don't think of death the way humans do so if it broke or something it was just part of pencil life, but it really liked being useful. It sat in its pencil cup on John's desk and thought about the humans. The humans didn't know it could think either. Uh, that's all I can remember right now!
I can't believe Pinely would fake an entire channel just to enrage us :/
7:35 she’s literally framed to the side like when the cutscenes meld into the gameplay stance 😭
Obviously people shouldn’t hit other people, but the one thing I really hate about these videos is they ignore the fact that someone bigger hitting someone smaller is always wrong. It is like how an adult hitting a child is wrong, even if the child hits them. I think a lot of people need to go back to kindergarten and remember that saying “ two wrongs don’t make a right”
Thanks for pointing on the set lol people called me crazy when I said it was fake.
Another thing is that he just continues the fight , even if it wasn’t fake he didn’t hit her cause she hit him it cause he didn’t get an apology because that’s what made him do it
It’s not even self defense since he didn’t hit back when he was getting harmed or intention of harm was made clear so that doesn’t have much merit
Yeah, they're always about "if you get hit you can always hit back" and never stop to think "how about noone hits in the first place"
@@bingyboi6303 exactly! At that point if the situation had been real, it wasn't about the fact that he was defending himself. It was about the fact that he felt his manhood was attacked. I've met men many times who actually think like this.
It's like he is acting like parents, who think they have a right to hit their children. 💀 The only time I think it's ever okay for you to put your hands on somebody, is if you are actually defending yourself or somebody else (especially if they're weaker)
@@manelneedsaname1773 yup! It is amazing to me how many grown adults think it's okay too hit people. I honestly think a lot of it comes from the fact that people who are I honestly think a lot of it comes from the fact that people who are abused via corporal punishment, end up doing the same things to people as they grow up. They were taught when they were angry, that that is how they react. Since the adults in their life, when they were angry that was how they emotionally regulated.
At least when I was a kid, I remember punching a girl in school (5th grade), because my parents were beating the s*** out of me. I thought that was what you did when someone made you mad. It took me a lot of therapy, to realize that the reason I thought it was okay to use your hands when you were upset, was because that was what my parents did too me emotional regulate themselves.
"She's using permanent milk."
😂😂😂
Copaganda and misogyny propaganda in the same video is wild
omg i found this a few days ago and called em out so happy to see you make a video on them
Bro, I swear I've seen the video at 00:09:44 on some countdown, somewhere. It was truncated, so it just appeared as if some passenger was yelling at a cop, while filming the cop's interaction with the person. Wild. Rad video, as always.
No! You don't understand! Perminate milk is a real milk.
The media/Internet illiteracy is way too high. I am so scared if there people who think these videos are real, what happens when Ai gets more and more advance? At least channels like the fake fights will be probably be taken down due to the over flooding of ai videos do the same thing.
Right as I was giving up on even just breathing, cause theres just so fuckin many of these fake argument/ horrible overexplained narration vids online, I hear the words "permanent milk" and I can finally breathe to laugh.
6:05 “can you sit down? I’m trying to get to my destination” LMAOOOO
This is honestly just Joey Salads 2.0
in answer to your question, yes, they were exactly the thing danny talked about. including the airplane set. (those curtains would be to separate first class from coach.) but here's the thing - if you, danny, drew, kurtis, and jarvis EACH made a video about the exact same topic, i would watch the absolute fuck out of all of them.
This Pinely guy got what was comin to him. Justice was served to this karen!
I was so confused about the airplane layout until you pointed out the exit sign.
7:38 Am I tripping or does this voice sound EXACTLY like Noah Samsen???
I can't unhear it now
This is so stupid “I’ll give you your phone back when you apologise” is admitting he has the phone. Terribly written script. Terrible acting. Do better.
Not you Pinely- you do the same.
Ty for putting the song at the end, it's been bothering me if it was a quick riff or not. James is cool
I can't wait for the pencil video
thanks for calling out this rage content farm system.
The idea of creating a fake video just so you can get a bunch of comments saying women should be hit is insane
and yet its still our reality 5 months later
If you come across a plane video with those led lights on the side of the ceiling it’s most likely fake. Only fake plains that you can book for something like this have those
The "dont show me this" button on tiktok is worse than useless. It remembers the content only to push more weeks later.
I dont use tiktok anymore, this is something my buddies who do told me so take it with a grain of salt.
Best thing you can do is just move on with 0 interaction
Permanent Milk!! I'm dying laughing rn!
01:10 that “oh my goodness”🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
This really happened I was there I was the slap
as soon as I see that light strip above the window I know to skip a vid
My mom takes no shit from anyone. She doesn't like being stepped up, used, taken advantage. So she would be labeled a Karen. It's literally a joke my brother and I have with our mother.
Finally subscribing because i need that pencil video 😢
I’m I like the holding the microphone
Pinely!! Another upload! Already know it's gonna be a banger! :^D
Can't wait for that pencil video
8:11 omg, I'd never agree to act like this in public for any amount of money unless it was for a movie where no one is thinking that that is how I actually act and feel irl
If the video is fake it is very like that the watch count is fake too.
I just don’t understand how people can think these are real
Pinely why are you waiting for pencil drama?? Start your own
Someone call PETA, this is just inhumane treatment.
so hyped for the pencil video tbh
The blond girl in 8:11 somehow reminded me for Riley Mae but sad
the third one is funny as fuck ngl. why did he do that is he stupid
I've watched enough sovereign citizen videos to know what cops actually do when you don't willingly get out of your car, but I'm willing to bet they didn't have the budget for a broken car window.
Where’s Dharman in the first video? What’s the resolution? A phone to be returned?
These poor creatures deserve better than this.
I should be working but...
I don't know if the acting is bad or if I just hung out with the theater kids too much in high school
The disliking is killing me haha, me too tho
is that youtube shorts my brother 😭😭🙏🙏
Some of us have to occasionally check RUclips shorts because we can't be trusted to manage our time on TikTok properly 😢 Luckily YT shorts get old within 3 mins and I'm back to my day!
I've never seen an adult take another adults phone in real life, it's such a silly fake video trope that only children think is ultimate drama.
Not pencils, but U should look at the mathematician chalk drama from a while ago. There's a chalk from japan they say is the key to success
Maybe look into smencils idk if there’s drama there but it’s something
