Phil and Techno are the dream team! They had both good chemistry (with the amazing laughs/inner channel jokes) and teamwork. They beat the points record and Phil's potential was also unleashed this game, which actually made everything more interesting.

It was fine at first but it got stale fast and the joke should have just been dropped for everyone’s sake. Eventually Techno left the call and started talking with other teams so that was cool but not everyone took to Carson’s attempt at humor. Some of Techno’s fans started going after Carson I believe and he even got death threats. Carson eventually just left, can’t remember if they ever talked or not afterwards. The game itself was cool as Techno did great for no teammate but what was going on initially with Carson and then in background with the fans just killed that week.

Minecraft Monday Week 5.
He was teamed with CallMeCarson and Carson had this bit where he was just gonna grief Techno. It was fine at first but it got stale fast and the joke should have just been dropped for everyone’s sake. Eventually Techno left the call and started talking with other teams so that was cool but not everyone took to Carson’s attempt at humor. Some of Techno’s fans started going after Carson I believe and he even got death threats. Carson eventually just left, can’t remember if they ever talked or not afterwards.
The game itself was cool as Techno did great for no teammate but what was going on initially with Carson and then in background with the fans just killed that week.

Techno basically explained how, same thing you described, the joke went a bit too far, he went solo, Carson apparently also got bullied by xqc's stream but let's be honest we're not surprised. then he talked to carson afterwards cuz he heard what was happening. Carson was fine, there was just some people who got mad over a joke and took it too seriously. i get their frustration, but jeez death threaths? obviously a bit too far.
