Hi Justin very enjoyable and informative viewing. You mentioned that you changed up to 15 pound leader. Mind saying what your main line was?
    Thank you.

Hey @33454262, Thanks for the kind words and glad you enjoyed the vid, it was a fun session and I took my 80 year old dad out to catch a few a couple of days later. I upped the leader a bit because there are some rough, reefy patches that the fish run back around, but generally if you run a rod length of leader and keep the rod angle up, especially at the start of the fight and when the fish is further from the boat, the braid avoids the structure. This still allows me to fish light braid, which is perfect for fishing lighter plastics presentations. I generally fish around 10lb Platypus Pulse X8 Braid in this scenario, however you could up the braid to 15lb or 20lb and sacrifice a bit of casting distance. All the best with the fishing. Cheers, Justin

Is the 4" scented and new to the market? Because my local BCF and Anaconda dont stock them.. the 3.75" are starting to become my favourites especially in the shiner colour 👍🏼

Hey @ronmb81, The 4" Scented Jerk ShadZ is a more recent addition and hasn't made its way into those stores as yet. A stack of ZMan stockists carry it and you will also track it down online at those stores that have a strong online presence. The 3.75" StreakZ is a favourite, the 4" is a good step up for larger fish and when you want to move into deeper water fishing 3/8oz and 1/2oz heads for snapper, flathead, mulloway, trevally, etc. Shiner is definitely a fish slayer. ;) All the best with the fishing. Cheers, Justin
