- Love is a risky game and can sometimes end in heartbreak. But for Rachel Elwell it also left her drowning in debt. Shortly after meeting ‘Bario’ online, Rachel’s world was turned upside down when he told her he had been kidnapped and needed money to buy his freedom. Sadly, this all turned out to be one elaborate lie and instead of finding love, Rachel found out she was a victim of an online scam. She joins us now to share her story and to warn others.

My phone shortened the title and I full believed for a moment that this unfortunate lady had been conned out of £11 by the man she trusted.
Sorry but yes it can happen to anyone if your a fool and easily parted with your money , she doesnt live under a rock and must of heard of romance scammers before so why is she here begging ppl not to listen to them when she obviously didn't listen to the warnings from other ppl it's happened to and she's heard about 🙄 the bank shouldn't give you your money back because someone asked for it and you gave it to them 🤷♀️ doesn't matter if he made you aload of promises 🤷♀️
