The total number of people killed by ALL of the crusades plus the Spanish Incuisition is something like 15 million in the span of about 500 years. Just in the last century, over 100 million have been killed by these people he mentioned plus several others, all of which denounced religion. Even this fighting in Isreal is more of a territory dispute than a religious war.

With there being a cause, problem of good, problem of evil, problem of information, Christianity is the logical sensible rational choice. When a Christian tells you you're wrong, even if you don't agree with what they believe, at least some of them are actually concerned for your wellbeing. I've never had someone who goes out of their way to let me know 'Your God doesn't exist' who has any good intentions by it. I have heard the number of wars started in the name of a religion only accounts for something like 15% of all wars in history.
The total number of people killed by ALL of the crusades plus the Spanish Incuisition is something like 15 million in the span of about 500 years.
Just in the last century, over 100 million have been killed by these people he mentioned plus several others, all of which denounced religion.
Even this fighting in Isreal is more of a territory dispute than a religious war.

The issue with the pastors point is that he doesn’t relate how atheism is the reason that ,for example, Mao of China killed. Western people, especially in the United States, get how many people Stalin killed wrong by tens of millions of people after talking to Russians who grew up in Russia who had families in Russia. History in Russia told me that Stalin killed 60 million people all Russians that's not including the ones he starved that's not including the ones he put in camps and let die. These are people he had executed. Stalin killed more people than Hitler but Hitler is always given a higher count and Stalin's count is always reduced. For some reason the numbers I get are from people who went to school grew up had families. Their family history is in Russia. I'll take whatever they say over whatever Western culture wants to say
