      hi~ I'm not sure either. If you followed the recipe exactly and didn't use any substitutes, there shouldn't be any problem.

    Hello! This looks very promising. One thing: what is this type of flour called in english? It doesn't seem like 100% black rice flour. Maybe it is a mix? If there is a link for this brand of flour that would be excellent. Thanks!

      hello~ Sorry for the late reply.
      The black rice flour I used is not 100% black rice flour. As you said, it's more like a mix.
      The English name of this product is 'Black Gold Rice Powder Premix for Bakery'.
      I'll give you a link to the product, but I'm not sure if you can buy it.
      And the ingredients for this mix are:
      Raw material name and content: 61% rice (domestic), gluten (French), 12% black rice (domestic), vegetable cream, mixed agent (modified starch, sugar powder), dextrin, glucose, diastase

    발효하는 동안 계속 80도 유지하는건가요?

      유지하면 좋은데 점점 떨어지더라구요. 그래도 괜찮아요. 얼만큼 부피가 커졌느냐가 중요해요^^

      가장 일반적으로 사용하는 식빵틀이구요, (3봉형,원루프) 사이즈 22.2 x 10.3 x 9.2 입니다 ^^
