- In this video, I'm playing both sides in a game of Heroes of Normandie to practice playing with this ruleset. This games does have an official solo mode, but I wanted to try out the rules before I learn how the AI changes those rules. Let me know if you see anything I did incorrectly!

When you were concerned about grabbing the Secondary Objective on the 1st turn, you forgot the "Absolute Rule of Scenarios" (BRO scenarios, p.03, middle of 2nd column): It is not possible to win on the first turn.
You were correct about Long Range. It applies to all Firing Actions (unless negated by an ability).

I just got this. Good to see this up here. I just played this scenario and messed up a ton of rules.
I'm sure I did the same, but it was fun. I like the look of this system and it seems like once you know what you are doing, the games could go pretty quickly! Thanks for watching!
I believe you got the multiple target shooting correct.
±45:00 - 46:00 Shooting with secondary weapon MG at the American units: was the split up +1 and +3 correct?
It's a good, fun system, but Solo Mode is an over-priced over-complicated mess of a thing. I totally recommend people buying BRO and/or HoS, but avoiding SOlo Mode like the plague.
Around the 52:00 mark - I’m not sure there would’ve been -6 modifier. Probably a -5. Not sure the hex you’re shooting into has a negative. Unless you were subtracting the defensive bonus from the shot.
Oh, you just corrected yourself. I’m pretty sure you equaled the number. But as you said, no worries, learning game.

It was funny that the bonus objective ended up being another order token.
I suppose there’s not a rally action to get rid of a suppression token?
Also, I suppose with so many suppression modifiers, perhaps a suppression shot is best since it doubles your attack bonus.
Yeah, suppression shots do seem to be pretty valuable, especially if you want to slow someone down from moving at an objective or before doing an assault on the unit. Giving them a -2 on a roll off for an assault seems pretty good.
