Thank you for watching. It's certainly a method that I will try again. With regards to the Tope. I might have had chance with a wire trace so next time 😉
Thanks Pete. I think you could get some really huge Bass on this method. I used to have an old boy come into the shop telling and showing me his rigs etc. I didn't really take him seriously but this has proven everything he told me. Going to have more tries next summer....👍
Wow Dave 👍 Really enjoyed watching awesome when that Tope took your float that's a very clever rig some thoughts have gone into it also that must have got the blood pumping when that Bass took the bait very entertaining video Dave tight lines look forward to more videos 🎣👍🐟
i am a big fan of fishing for bass on the float, a live sand smelt or prawn really works for me well. great little video you have constructed here. think i may do the same off the kayak at the weekend. - new sub from here in jersey :)
This method will be even better off a kayak or boat. You wouldn't have to 'tether' it to the bottom with a lead to stop it drifting in. Be interested to hear how you get on 👍
Hi Dave what great video mate please could I ask you a question I think it’s a daft question but I been catching a lot of dog fish ,this week and all of them close their eyes out of the water I’m sorry if it’s a daft question it’s bugging me thanks
No such thing as a daft question Paul but there are sometimes plenty of daft answers 😉 My thinking would be, it's like us looking at the sun, we squint. As the fish come up out of mainly dull cloudy water, The bright daylight or even a head torch would have the same effect 👍
Amazing video great to see unusual methods catch bass and nearly land a tope.

Yet another great video David and nice catch 👍

Well done mate. Persistence pays off 👍

I know the feeling. It's been a bit frustrating having Alot of the beaches packed but as soon as the holidays finish it should get back to normal 👍
Wow Dave 👍
