Thank you for the tutorial; the ravioli look delicious. How long do you cook the ravioli both when it is fresh and from a frozen state? You also mentioned adding salt to the cooking water; how much do you add?

Hi Kimberly! The garbanzo takes a bit longer to Cook than a ravioli made with white flour or semolina; I left for about 5 minutes. The cooking time is the same if it’s frozen because it’s still a fresh pasta, unlike the ones we buy at the store that have been completely dried out. I still have a small batch so I’ll time it and get back with you on exact cooking time 😉

I just made a batch. Cook time 5 minutes, remember that this is a dryer pasta, not the same as white or semolina. I add enough salt to make the water slightly salty. So it will vary on the size of your pot. Add 1/2 tsp stir and taste it. It should taste too salty but enough so you can tell that salt was added. I hope this helps.
