Great car! My R34 GTT I owned in Australia about 10 years ago never missed a beat. I use to do long interstate drives over 1000km sometimes and it was flawless. I miss it all the time.
This is an absolute GEM of a car! After learning the differences, I would honestly probably prefer a GTT over a GTR just because it’s a “simpler” car to mess with. I wouldn’t even modify it too much just to keep the 90’s feel. Can’t wait to see what y’all do with it. Much love from Texas!

If I owned this car, immediately I’d name it Icarus. It’s such an iconic car, but it’s not a GT-R and you cannot treat it as such. Its beauty soars in the skies, but cannot reach the heavens.

Should’ve waited to buy a GTT tbh, they’re going down in prices HARD rn. They were $60k-$80k when they became legal. Now they’re having trouble selling for $45k while they’re around for $30k+. R34 GTR base model’s are selling for around $85k-$140+ depending on which country you get it from and private or auction sales. There’s a guy in Bakersfield CA that bought/imported his for $90kish
the blue one paul used in the 4th movie was actually a gtt not a gtr, when he used it in the race with dom, he drifted the gtt as you can't drift a gtr with it being AWD. so a gtt is just a much better variant. it's pretty much the same as a gtr exception of the body kit, spoiler and probably more liter engine.
I think these older Japanese cars are more abou the platform and possibilities than the car itself as it comes. Stock, they are all pretty mild.. BUT, they have a lot of possibilities

Hey man ! no anybody interested in a r34 sedan GT NEO 73,000 KM 2.0 liter engine , needs some love for the engine. It runs and drives, also smokes i have ran out of ideas and money on how to fix it i would it rather it go to someone who is gonna build it up or do something with it. can also come with a seibon carbon hood brand New and 18x9.5 wheels and some extra goodies. currently asking about $6500 USD most r34 sedans on the market isn't nearly as clean. When I buy a GTT I'd drive it daily, I would rather drive it then have it sit in my garage and not be able to drive it. I don't care about resell value because i want the next owner to be able to experience one of these cars.
Hot take, I stopped liking the way the R34 looked around middle school and by the time i was graduating I found the R33 to be the best looking of the bunch. The R34 is now my least favorite of every skyline to ever release
