There’s a book called Identical Strangers that covers this story. Fascinating read.

This was a study by a man working with a Jewish adoption agency who directed they separate twins one to low income one to high income so he could figure out if their outcome was genetic, or not. The doctor who ran this study died but the people who were involved still alive should be charged with fraud put in prison.

Unfortunately my twin brother passed away before birth. I grew up with a piece of my jigsaw missing, until, at the age of 38, I finally found out where he was buried. My parents had no idea where he was. Now at least, I can leave him flowers on our birthday. Now, there is only half of the jigsaw piece missing, because I know where he is. My daughter recently( on my 60th birthday), made me a promise, that when it’s my time to leave this world, she will save a few of my ashes, and put them on my twin’s grave. It’s the closest I will have ever been to being withmy twin .

In high school I was certain I was adopted. I checked by parent's blood types and realized they could've had me naturally. Over the years I've realized I have the looks and mannerisms of my half-sister and personal characteristics of my father. I only look like my half-sister.

I found out 6 months ago at the age of 30 that the father I grew up with was not my biological father. I recently found my biological dad and it is the most amazing feeling in the world. He had no idea I existed.

Another reason not to trust big name "prestigious" schools such as Yale. We need more school choice and less tax payer subsidizing of schools (yes I get that Yale may be private but still)
