The purpose of most twin studies is nature vs. nurture. When it comes to psychological studies, most if not all that involve separating twins have proven to be unethical. When they began the research they did not consider the moral implications. Such research will never be performed in the US again and in the meantime the true purpose of the study will remain hidden. I don't agree with this but considering the advancement in what we know about developmental psychology, the people who did this study did not know at the time what harm they were doing.
I think there are a lot of important people involved in this soooooo no lawyer will want to step in this funky story.Maybe in a few years when the majority of the protagonist will be dead/

My grandma supposedly gave up twin girls back in the late 60’s or early 70’s. So they would be my aunts. First of all, it was only by chance that any of these siblings or their families ever found out the truth while the adoption agency still existed, so it was fairly easy for the agency to get away with this. The adoptive parents of the set of triplets (see _Three Identical Strangers_ which is currently running on CNN) tried to sue. They went to several attorneys, and each time the attorneys were very interested initially, but then refused to accept the case because it turned out that several of their employees were currently trying to adopt from the same agency ... and then the agency went out of business so there wasn’t much that could be done after it closed.
What I like about Twin Studies is you can't blame genetics for failure (as long as you're healthy). One of the twins was wealthier: and taller, better looking, and nicer teeth. Wealth will triumph "genetics" every-time in measuring how "talent" is made. You can't blame genetics for failure instead lack of $$. It disproves the whole "Survival of the Fittest" and "Superior Bloodline" bull. You really learn a lot about personal taste and small habits too. A healthy safe happy environment, a good school with good teachers, tutors etc.
The famous triplets looks IDENTICAL to my high school friend. Their personality are strangely similar. Their laughs sounds like him, his smile looks like him, and the singing.....almost like I saw him right there with them. He’s turning 20 this year and I think he’s Brazilian.
