true.. but death is different than someone being alive who might not even have been given the option of being in their child's life.. not all men are deadbeats..
unless you meant you *knew* your bio dad then? since you said you wish you did or didn't? know him (did 'spellcheck' do its weird thing again?).. if that's what you meant, i'm so sorry for whatever terrible things you suffered.. sometimes it's better moms have trustworthy male family and/or friends to fill in for their children.. to get rid of bio dad and 'replace' him with very good *other* men.😐
and if someone finds their bio dad and it turns out bad it's *their* business and *their* wisdom lesson.
i have 2 friends who are sisters, both adopted.. 2 different sets of bio parents.. both women, since they were kids, have maintained very opposite beliefs and attitudes about whether or not they wanted to meet their bio parents, given the chance (they both have files on their bio parents, minus their identities - which they shared with me - it was quite interesting!
the younger sister really wanted to meet her bio parents, the older one had no interest..but interestingly enough, the older one's story had a twist:
she could have met her bio mother (if she agreed), with one phone call made by an appropriate 3rd person.. because the parents, well the *father* who adopted the girls with his wife, he delivered the oldest sister because he was her OB/GYN
her very young, teenaged bio mom had been sent away - as was the norm back then - to carry her baby to term and give birth states away from where she lives and my friends' dad was the doctor assigned to her case.
now, *today* there would have been a whole lot of red tape.. but back then, the nurses and hospital admin knew he and his wife were looking to adopt children.
shortly after baby girl was born someone from the hospital asked what she thought of the idea of the doctor who delivered her baby adopting her with his wife.
apparently, she liked and trusted him so much she said , "yes," right away.. didn't even hesitate.
that's how *that* happened.. so, instead of social services starting from scratch to find baby an appropriate set of parents (which probably wouldn't have been difficult, since it was a newborn infant) social services got he and his wife matched to baby right away.
so, it could have happened, potentially, a meeting either way:
the bio mom knew exactly who had adopted her baby and my friend's father knew exactly who her bio mom was.. not sure if she told him who the bio dad was or any details about him at all.🤔🤔
and to sort of end the *possible* suspense anyone patient enough to read down my long comment *might* be feeling:
afaik, neither one of the sisters has sought out a meeting - they're both married with children of their own now. and they haven't brought it up since the last time we talked about it, which was ages ago.. but next time i speak with them, i'll definitely ask if anything has changed for either one if them about that.

Part 2, ruclips.net/video/097pkw_y5TM/видео.html
Judgement Judgement Judgement. Yall need to consider some lessons in compassion. There are many reasons women are "promiscuous" and sleep around. Give the mom a break.
Sunny girl 87 I totally agree with you. Nobody calls men out for promiscuity, do they?
She doesn't need compassion. She needs a sense of shame. Why didn't she tell her child OFF CAMERA instead of the long song and dance? This wasn't fair to her daughter or to the men involved here.
OMG they say her mother was "just" 24 years old and pregnant. I was pregnant with my first child, when I was 23 and single and I didn't move home to my mother. I worked and had my own apartment, when he was born and I never missed a beat since. I had 3 boys took care of them by myself
Birgitte Roel so what's your point? you're not the first or last.
Birgitte Roel Years ago, people and society had different values. People were responsible and married in their early 20's. They welcomed children and prepared to be parents. At least Samuel wanted to give advice and was kind to her.
Birgitte Roel I was 18
barby dolly her point is 23 is not a kid
Birgitte Roel I got married
Lol how many guys was she with at that time? Somebody was VERY busy..
Google is Cool Smh lol
What I don't understand is why a mother couldn't remember why got her mother pregnant that is cruel
Where is Part 2, to Amanda’s story?
Could be that the guy she thought was her dad knew that she wasn't his
courage & trust!!!! Awesome! God bless

Samuel is my hero
where is part 2 ????
ruclips.net/video/097pkw_y5TM/видео.html
google her name- I found it that way. He father is a truck driver in Wyoming. Her mother did not even remember him but he remembered her. He said they dated for a month. He had no idea she was pregnant. I think that is why her mom came home to Mississippi, she had no clue who got her pregnant herself. that tells me there were more than 3 men.
@ABC how can I get ahold of Pamela Slaton? Looking for my father I know nothing about. I am age 52 n want to find him was not ready till recently. Thank You.
I knew samuel wasnt her father cause he said a “30 year old daughter ye know . No more talking back hehe” but she never got to meet him sooo how is she gonna talk back to him?
I honestly think the mom didnt want her to find the father
You, are NOT the father !!!
My dad has brown hair and I was thinking about Elvis. Wtf???
Lol she was born in 1985 and Elvis died in 1977 so Elvis could be ruled out.
@@melvawages7143 but did he really die?
Assorted Tiger16 he was old and ate really unhealthy foods due to years of drug abuse and depression and he suffered a heart stroke if I’m not mistaken so it’s not unlikely or surprising
@@vdaddy7682 there's a conspiracy about Elvis still being alive. I wasn't really serious because I don't believe the theory
Assorted Tiger16 I know that’s why I said it cause people out there really believe he’s alive
I’m gonna walk down the aisle without my father cause mine was abusive... maybe you’re lucky you had a mom that loved you so much she took care of you no matter what? Did you ever think about her in your quest for your father or did you just forget everything she did for you like Every Ungrateful child!
May be the mother is not telling the truth perhaps her daughter is a nuisance child
And the truth is probably too hurtful to express to her daughter
It is very unkind to leave the ending as you do. Cliff hanger, no part 2. Thanks :(
