Hello, Thank you for this, do you have an idea if this would work for a shared mailbox? Im thinking to use this in a case where I have several shared mailboxes or alternatively use one mailbox but with different alias addresses mapped to same account.

Hi Michael! Thanks this is really helpful. Do you think it would be possible for me to send out email campaigns through power automate and Microsoft list? Let's say I have a list of people and with a column dedicated to their email.
DO you know if its possible to create a flow that uses a certain list column "yes/no" value to send an email and to only send 1 time if I have multiple "yes/no" values in the column? :) have been workign on it for a while and tried with chatgpt as well but no luck so far D:

My situation is:
I have list with 20 columns and I want to receive an email only when one of the columns in the list has "Yes" in it and not for all of the items added in the list. The column I am talking about has a validation with Yes, No, NA

Suppose i wanted to have a space in my sharepoint form where I manually type in an email. I want to have a flow automatically send to the email that is one of the list item entries(let's say it's in the first, Title, slot, with a summary of the rest of the item information to that email. For some reason. When I make this, it will send to a gmail, pulling from the email that is entered into the sharepoint list, but when I use my outlook email, it won't send the email. Any help?

Nice walk-through. In a case where you would also like to include an item from another list leveraging the List ID (One to Many relationships), How do you go about this?
You would use the 'Get items' action and Filter it using the List ID

Nice video, Is it possible to automate an email that pulls from a list or calendar based on week by chance. example - If you want to automatean email every monday to show upcoming sales or events for the week?
I think it's possible. You would need a weekly scheduled Flow to run on Monday's. Then, need to store the upcoming dates in variables or an array in Power Automate. If the SharePoint item date is included in one of those dates, toss the information you want an HTML table. After, send an email using that HTML table. It's more advanced Power Automate.
Hi Michael, thanks for the awesome. I wanted a flow where email is sent as soon as a list item is created but the email should go from the person who entered the list item can that be possible. I see there is an option to select creators email ID. but when I run the flow it gives error that the sensor does not have access.
No, unfortunately that can't be done. It will use whoever connection is on the "Send an Email" action. You can't send emails on other users behalf as far as I know.

Hey Alex, can an email (with the body of the content) be sent to someone without permissions to the list?) I know in previous versions of sharepoint this was able to be done. Hope that makes sense. Im trying to troubleshoot something at the moment
I would think the dynamic content could be included in the email body
In this video only 1 titile is there so you are taking 1 title, for me I have multiple tile with filter option how can I bring those

My price value is pulling in a number with 10 decimal places. The sharePoint online field is a calculated currency. I don’t know how to get it to show as a currency in the power automate email?
In the Calculated Field in the List settings, there should be a 'Number of decimal places:' field where you can limit the decimal places. Also, you can add your currency icon and then the dynamic content of the calculated field in the email.

Hi! How can I create a flow for when a new list item is created that falls a specific category, email the person associated with that category? I feel like this video was a good starting point but I may need a few extra steps.

Contain the matching category and person in a separate list. When a new item is created, lookup that category and matching person. Likely make a video on it because it happens a lot.

How would you send email to certain people depending on what's been added. i.e. Bill only when you purchase Ice cream, Mary when you purchase turkey, etc?
You would have to use the Switch action. Maybe I'll make a video on this because I haven't yet.

Are you sure the list is in that SharePoint site?
